Maybe you're thinking of GTA IV? For GTA V you simply copy both hooks into your main game directory.

You simply place them both in your game directory. Be sure to be using the latest of both - Works fine for me.

What's the matter? The game hasn't been out for that long yet at all - It's not surprising we're not having many features of LSPDFR yet. If you really want a K9 partner, you can spawn one using a trainer of your choice.

I'm sure it can be fixed in the future of GTA V modding :)

It was a cesspool of all manner of dense behaviour - In the end, it was too much to maintain. And I'd guess one of the fears is that it'd just return to that same thing. Also then there is the time issue, Sam doesn't have the time to maintain a server of that scale anymore - It's not just feasible.

I guess we could - Chop works really well in SP with Franklin.
