Well that's kinda unlogic that your game freezes and stops. Do you have those problems with the vanilla version as well?

When you have express mode on, you can press G for lights and siren, if you have this off you can play around with J,K,L.[,] and more. Then you can enable your siren by pressing J a few times and then hit H to get the siren. And then you are off with an code 3 response. Though your els files need to be good otherwise they won't match together.

Did you ran an benchmark? I also don't know your pc specs ofcourse, but could it be that your cache is full ( Not enough ram / Vmemory ) Just a wild guess, but i can imagine if that isn't alot that the game says to itself : get lost restart me so i have memory again

So from this ( What i made up ) Is that neither J,K or L works? ( To put on lights ) either you can try to put express mode on? ( Ctrl 8 Backspace, or open your chat and Ctrl backspace ) Either way you can try 3/4 times J and then H to get the siren fully? What i'v experienced is that XP isn't compatible with ELS 7 ( But i don't think your running that ) When i started up my game, the console also said false ( just like yours ) so that isn't something concerning. Are the keys maybe being used by something else? that they wont work because of that? Did you update your Dsound / scripthook? And also, are you running the game true : LaunchGTAIV.exe and running it as administrator ?

How does it happen then, that people are "running" 1.0.4.0 and playing multiplayer with the bonus of LCPD:FR? ( just curious not questioning your answer :) )

Hello all, I was wondering, since i`m looking for an proper ENB ( and most of them are on the patch of 1.0.4.0 ) could it harm to switch back to that patch? And still be able to play multiplayer with those that have 1.0.7.0? I have been searching for an ENB for awhile, and after reading some topics, some forum threads ( also other websites ) I`m considering to go back to 1.0.4.0. So my main question is : Could this harm me in any way that i need to stop playing with people that have 1.0.7.0, or doesn't this change any stability on multiplayer aspect? Kind Regards, Ref

You beat me inseri, probably poly amount that causes citybug Maybe other modded vehicles / enb take away some performance as well.

Yeah this helped, though there aren't a lot of vehicles on ( even not the 2013 charger and that one has been rolling on the streets now same with the taurus ) Although thanks for the link ineseri!

Hello all, I am on a hunt for the template for the NFS helicopter converted by KBUM. At this moment, either he changed his e-mail, or isn't active anymore. I already e-mailed him with the question, for the template but I couldn't find it anywhere. Even though, pretty much all one door helicopters are okay, so if any of you know one ( That doesn't rise till the mountain for their polygons ) that would be appreciated. Hello all, I've been searching for some LAPD pictures, such as uniforms, vehicles. Well some uniforms aren't that hard to find, and the crown vic's aren't either. Though I was wondering ( If somebody lived in that area ) if they already saw the 2013 charger / taurus ( They should be rolling on the streets now ) I've checked a few police car websites, but with no results. I was wondering, if somebody that lived in that area, could make / find some pictures, or hell even somebody that knows where I can find the actually pictures. Also I don't know how many kinds of L.A PD helicopters there are, but I only found 3 close up pictures. This is because my interest for L.A. PD is pretty high, but after e-mailing them I had no response ( Of course why should they reply on such question haha :P ) I was also searching for some California Highway Patrol stuff, from k-9 vests to vehicles. Hey all, I don't know if this belongs here, or in the support section. But I was wondering, which ENB's should i be able to run? Low end ENB'S? Mid end ENB'S? High end ENB's? With the game 4 video ENB, I had texture loss after a while though recording went smoothly ( With now and then FPS drops ). I've also tried the Realistic and Ultra ENB [Final] by TheMegaRang. The Mixed ENB v1.0 by GTAForceGJ FPS Results: Game 4 Vid : 30 FPS without rec, 20 - 24 with Rec Realistic and Ultra ENB : FPS 25 with rec - 20 The mixed : FPS 27-29 ---- with recording - 21-23 ENB Settings by DayL 2.0 - Without rec 30 with recording 26-27 P.A.R ENB (Performance And Realism) by TheK1D : FPS Without rec : 32, With recording 24-26 System specs : I've tried a lot already, but I couldn't find a "Smooth" running one with or without recording. ( Have 9 directories in my trashcan because i create a new one every time i test one out ) If somebody could point me in the right direction, that would be very helpful ! Hmm strange then, because before ( as I said ) I've been playing the hell out of a pack. Vehicles where higher then 100.000 and the highest was 165.282. Not a single bit of texture loss / city bug, and now i do with vehicles of 55.000 ( Though my computer got upgraded )

I`m running indeed a ENB, game 4 video with settings ingame on medium ( High makes my recording lagg)

Hello all, This questions is because : I have been playing ( Same computer ) For 3 months in a row playing with a pack with vehicles of over the 130.000 polygons, different scripts etc. Though now I heard that low poly cars are better for multiplayer, which i have used so far. But now every single time i'm in game it gives me texture loss, the highest vehicle is 88.043 polygons, ( Which is high what people say ) Though with the pack that i had before ( With the high amount of polygons vehicles of 130.000 ) ) didn't cause it. I've heard that polygons were the problem of texture loss but now i'm doubting about it now since well history proven otherwise. Are it the scripts? Are it the vehicles / peds? The map? If somebody would have any information on this, that would be appreciated ! Kind Regards, Ref
