My police enhancements plugin has a priority radio traffic tone. It can be enabled via Grammar Police, Vocal Dispatch, Police Smart Radio, or automatically when a pursuit starts if the pursuit updates feature is enabled.

I don't think there is, probably doesn't matter. Have you tried launching GTA normally, then alt-tabbing to launch Rage?

Does Rage know you changed your GTA location?

Modify it how? Lighting system can be modified using ELS or DLS, depending on the vehicle.

A lot of people, myself included, have no issues with some of Albo's mods, such as Police Smart Radio. You can definitely try to use it.

This doesn't tell me anything. I didn't play the GTA 4 version.

If you remove Police Smart Radio and your problem is fixed, feel free to try adding Traffic Policer and LSPDFR+ back in if you want to. A lot of people, myself included, are able to use these plugins without any problems.

You can re-enable your plugins folder, then change your Rage settings to not load any plugins on startup. When you do this, you can manually load plugins from the console one at a time once you're in game. My guess is the crash will happen when you load LSPDFR.

If your game is crashing without Rage, disable your mods folder by renaming it to _mods. If your game crashes without Rage and your mods folder disabled, verify your game files.

The problem I have is I constantly see certain people telling anyone who asks for help to remove outdated, yet functional plugins even when they aren't related to the problem at hand. It's bad support. Your initial reason for him removing Traffic Policer was because it's old, not because you think it could be causing the problem. When you realized it wasn't related to the problem, you did not tell him it was safe to put the plugin back. Old, functional plugins are still functional. Just because some people have a problem doesn't mean the plugin is universally broken. Please stop blindly asking people to remove old, functional plugins.

We should really stop telling people to remove functional plugins that don't contribute to the problem.

I know this all probably seems repetitive, but I just want to be sure we isolate the problem as much as possible. Can you disable your mods folder by renaming it to _mods, then launch the game with Rage (no plugins loaded), and go back to the problem location?
