    Looking for someone who can convert a 3d model into a usuable vehicle in GTA. Was looking at this on having a civilian version and a police package.     I could make a post about the vehicles and XML files I used but I do not own any of the vehicles or skins. I used PBSO guy's skins and chose some extra or different cars based on what I felt was close. I added a 13 FPIU skin using the 16 FPIU skin. I went through easily 30-40 cars to see which lightbar or setup would resemble Pasco.
