Just like everyone else has said use Simple Native Trainer to change your player model. Then you can go down to "clothes menu" and change various things on the model

There are plenty of guides now days to figure it out on your own, thats what I had to do. No one is going to watch all of those vids and try and figure out or guess which light bar you want. I'm not trying to be a jerk but try making it yourself. I found that people are more likely to give you support/help if your trying to make it yourself, than if you ask someone to do it for you.

I use all blue lights so I re-texture my secondary's to blue also. More primary lights :)

This would be difficult the way that IV is now with no license plates really. I'm guessing sniper is working on some sort of license plate system(cant wait for that btw) which would make this possible.

NOPE.....SNT like rjn4 said or the in game console like Tom H said. SNT is worlds better than the in game console.This could have been figured out by looking at the key bindings for LCPD:FR. You seem to dominate the sections of this forum with every question that comes to your mind.

Are you using the one associated with the question mark? You could be using the wrong /. According to SNT "ExplodeCarKey=191 // Explode Nearest Car Default /?" The key that activates the light modes is the / over by the numpad, the divide key. Try that and let me know if that worked

I saw no racism in his comment of "culturally deprived" but that's not relevant. Slimory is right, Rick Ross calls himself the "boss" and uses it in numerous songs. Now back on topic, as far as a rick ross mod, nothing like that exists to my knowledge. I've never seen anything even close on any mod sites and the fact that you said you've looked everywhere you could think of, its not out there. I don't think you'll see it popping up anywhere either

You would be better off with ELSV5, its as close to the features of V6 as your going to get and is much more stable than V6. I personally still use V6 but know of people who use V5 with no problems

There is a section in the installer where you can pick if you want scripthook, dsound, xlive, ect. At the bottom of this page I think is a option to install the new taser. Uncheck that box

In-game after you've launched FR press "shift+tab" and that will display the keys for RC2. shift+tab again to exit MrSnapp - we must have pressed post at the same time. haha beat me to it

Yeah if you want more than one skin to show up on the model. add +livery in the vehicle.ide just like every other skin/model you've installed
