where are you installing these cars, it could be that you need to go to a more recent dlc to install, try patchday 16 if you havnt already

yeah but when you are making one that dont replace a default slot you will need to have a carvariations for that added vehicle

in the carvariations did you set the siren to 1.

anytime i have els installed i cant equip extra's that have collisions. that for any vehicle not just els ones. anyone know how to fix this or do i just have to stop using els

took a few days off modding but made alot of progress tonight. mostly bug testing left -
i usually can improve them by going in trainer/weather/time cycle modifier and in the top section change to carpark_MP_exit

i have finally started work on this one -
I WILL i will try to do a non-els version, its been a while since i messed with that stuff. i just used the default one and changed 1-4 to red and disable all other extras, as there are actual extras on the vehicle
