    I believe you have something that changes the default siren setting for the sheriff slot. Make sure you're using the default siren settings, which is 13.
  3. Are all of you guys using Siren Mastery? I'd like to see what the issue you guys are having is. This pattern is currently not possible. Sizing of the vehicle will not be touched. It is scaled to in game vehicles and that's the way its going to stay. Seems like you have a script that turns that on. L and K don't do that for me when i press them.
  4. Change the handling that the vehicle uses to gresley. Yes, if you look in the .ytd there are multiple. If you want to change the line for the meta to make it have multiple liveries, add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY to the slot it uses.

  11. It looks like some kind of door light possibly. Also change the handling to gresley, not granger.

I must have included an older version when i released the pack, I'm going to be putting out an update to the pack this weekend that hopefully fixes all the bugs that were included when I initially released the pack. With the lights on the mirror, I already knew they were the same extra, and what that did for all the vehicles. It was an intentional design aspect of the pack so that A: the patterns with respects to the front will always be in sync, and B: so that i can still have as many patterns from CHP as possible.

  15. I guess the lights looking yellow-ish on the vic is a little better looking, as it uses halogen lights, but the utility I have no clue. I've never had issues with headlight colors, they have always been the same to me.
  16. I really don't know what kind of drug you are on, get me some, because that is some of the most oblivious shit i've ever heard. For starters, EVERY California vehicle has a steady burn that the officer is unable to turn off because of STATE LAW. This is a California Highway Patrol PACK. In "real life" CHP have set patterns for their stages, as you can see here: https://www.smugmug.com/gallery/n-m6ZNd/ . I've mimicked all these stages that they have to the best of my abilites and which in my opinion, I did a pretty good job at. Another thing is you clearly don't understand how modeling with ELS works. It was not actually possible for me to set the cars up the way you want them to be, because I wouldn't have enough extras, nor would i have all the patterns I want for this pack. All this shit you're bitching about is all able to be customized, AS LT.CAINE INTENDED IT TO BE. I believe you need to check your research before you start telling a person they are wrong, or did something wrong.

  19. @Marquess Not quite sure If you know what the CHP flash pattern looks like, but this is what it looks like. The way the lights are set up, is the way Lt.Caine, the creator of ELS intended for them to be. This pack uses the CHP setting in the VCFs to maximize the cars to look like their real life counterparts. If you want to play accurately with the CHP vehicles, you shouldn't be using cruise mode. All vehicles have working takedowns, whether it be with the spotlight, or with the lightbar and spotlight, you must just not be turning them on. The ambient lights on the Vision CVPI i can not change how they look in your game, that's not my issue, them also being too dim is not something I can control now that Rockstar has disabled the use of emissivemultiplier in Zmodeler. Also I don't know if you ever have seen a California car, but they have this little law, that requires a steadyburn red light on every vehicle.
  20. Well your problem with the handling lies in what you said. That other model was nothing compared to this one. For meta lines, I use the default police3 with GTA REDUX handling. Another line that will work is the Gresley. To spawn the canine in the canine vehicles, go to the components menu in the trainer, go to extra 12 and toggle it. The harley will be coming in a later update. I'm currently burnt out from doing CHP. You'd have to post a screenshot of what you are talking about.
  21. Off the top of my head no sorry. CHP normally never does transports to detachments. They usually let the city units take care of that. I could have used a partition in some of the utilities but I don't have the accurate one.
