========================================= NYPD/LCPD Ford Police Interceptor Utility ========================================= Model Notes: This model because of the limitations of GTA does not have a working trunk and hood. The trunk and hood slots are used up by the two arms of the highriser that is on the car itself. To get the actual highriser to work on the car you MUST use the ELS config file that is included with the car itself. Just go into your slot control file in your ELS folder and change the police2 to DROT. A huge thanks to all the people that helped me get it working including: Ironic Rainbow, TheGTAMitch, Bueno and a few more. To get the rotators to work on the vehicle, You MUST put the vehicle in the Police, Police2 or Police 3 slot. Any other slot will not have the functioning rotators in single player or multiplayer.

One of the lightbars i'm more proud of and one of the first Dev parts I've released. I hope you guys enjoy! I've included the 3D ridge markings on the glass. If you don't want to have the bar being high poly, then you can simply delete them. Do not credit yourself for modifying the lightbar if you moved a few vertices. You are not permitted to re upload this on any unlocked part or the bar itself unlocked. By downloading this file you agree to include my name in the credits for this lightbar.

I haven't seen any 2013 Interceptors with the RCMP setup on them, so i decided to use my own. These cars are not based off a certain detachment of the RCMP, they are only a generalization of the ones that i could find on Flickr. IMO the running boards look a tad bit too wide, but if you do complete this truck i'm for sure going to use this in my game -
I'm not sure but does the caprice with the vector not have a steady burn red on it? Overall love the older caprice and what you've done too it!

The actual lightbar doesn't have rotating LEDs, the way that the lights flash on the bar, makes it look like the cells are rotating, when in actuality there not -

So i finally decided to make a light-bar. The Delta Rota-Beam mimics the vintage halogen rotators but instead with LEDS. This is the first bar i've ever made, so please don't be too harsh on me! -
I'm pretty sure he's using the toaster 5000 graphics card

Honestly.. the skins need a lot of work. They are farrrrr to busy, they have way to many things going on, whether it be the badge behind the text, to the LCPD... Promotional thing(?).. on the hood. The Image you used for the hood usually would be used for a D.A.R.E car or a promotional car, not a basic patrol car. I think it would have been more advisable to make chevrons instead of using a picture for it, because of the fact that the blacks don't match up. You didn't even spend the time on making sure that the badges were in the same positions on the doors. The massive unit numbers on the rear bumper and the LCPD across the B pillars really look out of place and don't fit in at all. While i did like what you did with the rear quarter panel, its just not enough to make the skin attractive. Overall i would say this skin needs a lot of work. I have made skins that took 7 Hours and they didn't look like this. I think you need to do a lot more experimenting with whatever program you were using, making real life skins as practice before going and making a completely fictional skin like this.

Honestly, next time try some different color combos. While this might look good in real life, there's something about GTA that makes it look lackluster. But i would say try out different designs, even loosely basing them off of real life departments, and putting a badge on the side of the car in front of the POLICE. Skinning is all about experimentation.

i Love the back of it, but the front feels kind of naked compared to it. MOAR LIGHTS! Also, putting some lights on the side of it, like vertexes on the bumpers or something like that would complete it IMO. Great car though!
