Even though the OP names himself, I am not going to provide any links to profiles but there are some on the web.
One of those profiles, he states he was born in 1989 and his profile pic does not look like a kid.
He has some of the same statements towards the Yankees as he does here on lcpdfr about them. Even publicly asks if blank guns are illegal for felons.
Anyways, based off being born in 1989, he would be approximately 24 years old. Thew news article original date is February 9, 2012, so that would place in the age bracket of 22-23 when this occurred.
In my opinion, we should stop and let this lie. This individual is of age, knows fully well what he did and according to his post, will continue to do everything in his power to have effect on or in law enforcement until he dies.
Based off all that he is going to continue this trend, regardless of what we say.

Otherwise this individual needs to seek real legal advise and possibly counseling.well it looks stylish in my opinion and I so wish I was a police officer but I miss my calling with a felony.

Can felons posses blank firing guns? They are not real firearms and cannot be converted to shoot projectiles. Under federal law a firearms is considered to be anything that shoots projectiles.

While I highly advise against relying solely on any posts on this site, guns are modified to fire blanks, but they can be modified back, which would cause an issue and most likely prevent a felon from legally possessing one. Some things a felon could own for self defense (depending on state of course) are a crossbow, Airsoft guns, baseball bats, or paintball guns.
According to US law, it is illegal for all felons to posses a firearm. Since blank firing guns are actual guns, only modified, it would still be a felony.

Are you trolling or do you seriously have a felony, and so much in love with the NYPD/Law Enforcement that you are willing to impersonate them.
I am not an expert/lawyer, this should not be in any fashion considered legal advise.
That said, if you truly are a felon, being in possession or the above said items. I am sure there are plenty of L.E.O.s that would haul you in for impersonation of law enforcement and let you fight it in court.
It may even be within the moderators moral/ethical grounds to verify this information and possibly turn it over to local authorities before this individual takes it upon himself to impersonate a L.E.O. and/or possibly cause serious harm by doing so.

8 gigabytes does not equal 8.2 gigabytes. 1 kilobyte equals 1024 bytes (a byte is 8 bits), 1 megabyte equals 1024 kilobytes, 1 gigabyte equals 1024 megabytes, and so on. If your computer had 8.59x109 bytes, that would equal 8192 megabytes, which equals 8 gigabytes (8192/1024 = 8). Lots of manufactures like to "change" their definition of a gigabyte so it equals 1000 megabytes, which just isn't true.
I think you are missing the point, software or something told him he had 8.2GB of memory I was offering an explanation to his issue.
The software could be configured to do everything based off megabytes and then convert to shorthand gigabyte.
Again, I was offering a solution/theory as to why it was showing that.

I'm confused on how you have 8.2 GB of memory. Normally computers will have something even like 4, 8, or 16 gigabytes. Your graphics card is ok, but not great. It's probably around a $50-60 graphics card. If you want major improvement, you'd have to spend over $100 for a decent card.
I am assuming the 8.2GB was either grabbed by some third party program or discerned by the user.
When it comes to memory/RAM 1GB generally equals 1024MB. So, 8GB would equal out to 8192 or 8.2GB.

Wait, so you are collecting only what you want and then modifying them?
Then what is the point of the survey. If you are going to select only certain ones and then modify them. Why don't you just make up your own answers.

When answering these questions if you're not comfortable giving me your age just put 17-20 or 21-45 Also if you're not comfortable just PM me your answers.
Suggestion, if this is for a class make a google form or any other type of web form.
That way you can collect the data, keep it private-ish and have an easy way to export it.
Unless you just want to have all the data here and manually collect it.

This is an OLD bug that only shows on some systems and/or sometimes.

I am enjoying this mod.
However, I have one small issue/question.Is there any possible way to disable the beeping sound that accompanies turning lights on or off. I understand that it is realistic for some departments/setups. However, I find it rather annoying when it is louder than any thing else and can even be heard in another room when wearing headphones.
If it wasn't for the added stability, I am very tempted to go back to ELS V6 so I do not have to deal with the beeping noise.
Anyways, thanks in advance for the assistance and input.

Changing Enabled value to 0 (zero) will make those events disabled.
The frequency is a bit different, you will have to play around with it to get it occur how often you want.
From my experience, the higher the number the lesser it occurred. Again, according to my experience/research. You would think the higher the number the more often. However, I found that not to be the case.Hope this helps.

Not sure if you meant it on purpose but the plural spelling for body, would be bodies.
I may be wrong but I believe Body's is to be used when you are referring to your body or another persons body. Such as: Your body's nervous system is doing well (or something to that regard).

Not all Windows (8 or otherwise) systems are created equal. It sounds like this may be a hardware issue rather than a software issue.
What are your system/pc specs?

I am not sure why everyone is saying you should upgrade your ram.
Without getting your full system specifications.
What is your processor/cpu, motherboard, hard drive model (if you have the specs, speed, cache, post them), power supply?
What operating system are you running? Windows Vista/7/8? What version is it 32 or 64bit?
No one should be recommending you to buy new ram without first knowing if your motherboard can support more memory/ram and if your operating system will recognize more than 3GB of ram.
Further more (according to Wikipedia) the 550ti was released March 15, 2011.
That was over 2 years and 9 months ago, which means there is a possibility that motherboard/cpu of that system is 2 to 3 old (or older).
In which case, I would not advise in spending money in an outdated technology and/or in something that may be near end of life.
Without all the details and assuming your system is 2 to 3 years old.
Your best bet would be to upgrade your video within budget and system capabilities (power supply requirements).
Then in a few months after you have saved up some cash and the newer technology is out (DDR4) you can re-evaluate and purchase newer hardware (possibly a new motherboard, cpu, ram, powersupply, etc)
That said, consider the following.
Bestbuy will price match, I know how the instant gratification outweighs waiting.
I would advise on purchasing a mid-range graphics card somewhere between 200-300 USD. I suggest this, versus buying the highest end 400-600 card, as technology advances pretty quickly and you will end up wishing/waiting the best next time and having to spend the same amount in 6 months to a year.
By buying the mid-range card, it is a lot easier to upgrade it, every two to three years and still have a decent system.
However, if you have the funds and want to buy the best, by all means go ahead.
Lastly, every brand from time to time, makes a crappy model or two. Do your research!
