Lol, wrong... I will provide the download for GTA Original Downgrade, and I will clean up this post a little with better detailed information.

@Kilyin Well idk what to say. These version are confusing because rockstar failed many times in there life. @Kilyin btw do you have skype or steam?

I recently fully updated and checked the file "EFLC.exe" and the version was 1.1.2.0 Yea, this is for EFLC I think I'm not for sure I keep getting confused over these versions. GTA IV is 1.0.8.0, but above includes a script hook for 1.0.7.0. There's a downgrade tutorial for the downgrade aswell I've made. Someone else made a post specificly for 1.0.7.0 downgrading. It should be the top one.

Original gta ? I'm not to sure. I did the old method of downgrading. People say that it works for 1.0.7.0 but I don't know about 1.0.8.0. You can try and let me know rather not it works. Asi is a script loaded by asi loader. Do do you have skype? Or any type of communications?

I'm not updating nor using the above script hook yet because no telling what type of anti cheat rockstar have applied. They are sneaky, besides, there's no need to update. Some people couldn't log into social club, and some people could. You only need to login once, then remove "paul.dll" from your directory. Stay posted, as I am thinking about developing some new mods for gta 4. And could I ask if the lspdfr first response done as to no longer being supported with updates? If so, Could I somehow help refurbish it? I wouldn't mind. But anyways, Have a nice day :).

You need to backup the updated 1.1.2.0 version of paul.dll. Replace your game content with the old, and put that updated paul.dll back.

1.0.7.0 & 1.1.2.0 Script Hook (Patch 7) Hello guys, I will be giving you a tutorial on how to get GTA IV (PC) working with mods after patch. This is a downgrade tutorial in which will take you back below the version you came from.Rockstar released an update for PC GTA IV regarding about a fix for their social club launcher (Due to people not being able to log in) which is now fixed.Please follow this tutorial to help you get gta working with mods, and the ability to play online (Spoofing)Step 1:Do a fresh installation of GTA IV. Make sure all modded content is removed from the game. Once the installation has finished, run the game once via steam, (In which will install the requirements needed for the game to run). Start the game, and sign into the social club launcher. When you get to the title screen click "Live" or press the "Home" key to open "GFWL". Sign into your xbox live account. Your account will begin downloading, and you might be asked to update GFWL. Do that update, and when done, exit the game which will finish the update preparation. Exit anyways if it doesn't update after you signed in. If you have a pirated version of GTA IV, you can manually update the game yourself. Update to GTAIV (to include Episodes from Liberty City) login servers – Rockstar Support Note: You might have to link your GFWL account to social club in order to play online.Step 2:Navigate to your steam, and or game directory of Grand Theft Auto. Create a backup of "paul.dll" and make sure you keep it safe out of the game source folder.Step 3: Downloading (Patch 7) EFLC > https://www.mediafire.com/?0ra54rarpi4ahp9 (Rockstar removed this link so I uploaded it) GTA Original > https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/200145406--May-28-2010-Grand-Theft-Auto-IV-Patch-7-Title-Update-v-1-0-7-0-English-1-0-6-1-Russian-1-0-5-2-Japanese- Download the patch, and extract the contents into a folder, called (Update), just to stay neat. Also create another folder called (Extracted). We will use both folders in this tutorial. Make sure that you do not create these folders in the game source directory, but outside of it.Step 4: I've figured that it would be better to NOT use the installer, but manually getting the files, and overwriting them. You can do this with ease with an application called lessmsi A tool to view and extract the contents of an msi file - lessmsi. Open lessmsi-gui.exe. You will see a file bar at the top next to a button. Click the button, then navigate to the "Update" folder you created in which you extracted the contents of for Patch 7, and select "TitleUpdate.msi". Once done, make sure you click the "Select All" button, and extract the contents to the extracted folder you created. (Not the game source folder).Step 5: After you extracted the content from the TitleUpdate.msi file using lessmsi, move or copy the extracted content to the game source directory. Overwrite/replace all files if asked.Step 6: Put back "paul.dll" that I told you to keep a backup of. Start the game normally with steam, or LaunchGTA.exe (Recommended)Rockstar might remove the old update download (They did), but hopefully ScriptHook will be updated by Alexander. In that case, You would not have to follow this guide, but until then this is the only way to play with mods. When ScriptHook releases just verify integrity with steam, which will update you back to the current release.And thats it . Add my gfwl live account (UnRatedAction).
