So far, there's not much of a way to control a wail tone manually, the closest you will get to the effect, is using the ELS V7-V8 feature.

The Tauruses seem decently scaled to me. It's not hard to scale a car in ZMod, I did it before. You should also be more specific as to what details you are looking for.

Then follow Compeast's advice. You may be doing something wrong then, you should also try using Cj24's modified DSF CVPI.

Your best bet would be to start over from scratch. Like Illusionary said, it could be caused my multiple things. The most common is duplicate material names. And here's a side note; don't re-import the vehicle, it will cause double the materials.

Gonna revive this thread, I found some new photos to add. Brook Park, Berea and other local companies on scene of an MVA training event, I believe. Since the city is having a budget crisis, they are letting some Firefighters go, and they closed down 2/3 of the fire houses, I also believe they are also planning on switching to a private EMT company, response time will probably be a nightmare. I am wondering if anyone here knows if it's possible to detach polygon(s) from a model without it moving them if you move the mouse. I have to constantly check if the polygons are lined up and it's very annoying and sometimes, frustrating. For those who don't know what I'm talking about; the if I detach a polygon or multiple polygons, they move from their original place if you move your mouse whilst detaching. Is there a hot-key is there an option to disable this? Also, can anyone link me to a good scratch modeling tutorial in ZMod that helped you, which shows how to use splines and whatnot? Most of the ones that I looked at are out of date, thanks.

The port for GTA IV wasn't too bad. It runs pretty decently on the vanilla game. GTA V will probably be unstable with mods too. I hope they take their time, no need to rush the port.
