You can't play LCPD:FR as a stand alone game because LCPD:FR is a modification for GTA 4. You need to buy GTA 4 in order to play LCPD:FR. You can't download the game off the internet. Even if you did though the modification won't properly install because it does not support cracked versions of GTA 4. Hope I explained this good enough .

This reminds me of the thread awhile back about "What do you think of people who hate cops". This is just sad. In the video the person filming say "You do not hit an underage child!". So if the officer is bitten by the child he should just stand then and be hurt? No that's definitely not what they teach you in the academy. You're reaction, whether or not he is a child, is to immediately stop the attacker. It's just dissapointing how some people treat police. One minute they hate the cops for, in this case, taking the child away from the mother who had no custody rights and then the next minute they need the cop's help because someone is either robbing them or hurting them. Either you hate police officers or you don't. You can't have double standards like that.

We need a Chevy Silverado badly! It would be great for everyone to step away from releasing god know's how many Crown Victoria models and get into making more heavy duty police vehicles.

He is one of the the few people who moderate our forums and make sure everyone who posts here follows the guidelines. Most of us know who Carrythxd is because his/her screenshots have flooded the gallery! Wow! That's just amazing that Abraxas was able to code something like that and incorporate into police helper! I have never anticipated a mod to be released more than I anticipate the newest police helper!

Those people are the reason we can't have nice things. As long as you continually ignore them and don't let them bother you, you will be fine. Like others said you can just block them and prevent those comments from even appearing. Seriously if you have nothing better to do than hate on a youtuber all day disliking videos, using immature language, ect. You need to get your priorities straightened up and go get something better and more productive to do.

Hey buddy if you would like to code for a year and a half and make LCPD:FR by yourself that's great! Nobody asked you to install the modification into your game. I don't think you realize how hard it was to create LCPD:FR from scratch. Rockstar, from what I know, didn't include a simple manual about modding GTA 4. People had to create it from scratch. The errors and crashes may get annoying but if you don't like it you don't have to play it or tell other people "hey don't install this mod it has terrible crashes and errors". Have a good day.

I suggest googling around for Lt.Cain's vanilla LCPD cruiser as that comes with a template. Also try checking out Custo's files because he might just have a Noose cruiser that you can add liveries onto. Hope I helped you out!
