@PieRGud I've found a workaround (for now), i have to run RPH with no plugins loaded, and then load the plugin manually via the console to get this plugin to work with the new update.

Would anyone have any insight on this? I am currently looking for a way to change the default female sheriff ped to being an lspd officer for a future GTA V series. I've tried looking toward mods that would only change the clothing to avoid doing this via a 3d modeling tool, but due to the model being a default ped, there is no other way I can change this. it would specifically be this version of the female sheriff deputy ped model:

The main Antagonist of the series. Santee takes on a new identity as a deputy in a small town, away from Los Santos after being on the run for a year inside the city. After the trail becomes cold, he takes on the life of a sheriff's deputy after a crooked transfer and massive payoffs from agencies. Although he takes the role of what is to be perceived as a hero, he struggles with his own sanity periodically and falls into "episodes" where he will either enter his psychotic thoughts or will act upon will, in the same act a crooked cop would do. -
