Deputy Andy Santee

The main Antagonist of the series. Santee takes on a new identity as a deputy in a small town, away from Los Santos after being on the run for a year inside the city. After the trail becomes cold, he takes on the life of a sheriff's deputy after a crooked transfer and massive payoffs from agencies. Although he takes the role of what is to be perceived as a hero, he struggles with his own sanity periodically and falls into "episodes" where he will either enter his psychotic thoughts or will act upon will, in the same act a crooked cop would do.
