So try reinstalling the ASI loader, OpenIV ASI, and reinstall ELS. Once completed, restart your computer, don't shut down, just restart. Hope this helps, just got my ELS working again.

Try increasing the time plugin threshold to 60000 and do not load any plugins on startup, manually load lspdfr into the console and see if that helps.
