    This is called Falcon 4.32 BMS its free but you need the original Falcon 4.0 if you want i can provide you with the link for the original and current 4.32. probably REX essential and possibly some editing with Sony Vegas.

    i suggest you put the sheriff font back behind the lightbar and you should remove the Yellow on the top or make some spacing to put the letter sheriff normally on top. other than that its pretty good the only thing i have a problem with is the yellow stripping really, the Blue & Red looks pretty cool.
