The only addons i will have is Service packs 1 and 2 and the VRS Super bug and livery skins for the super bug

my system: I7 4770k 3.50Ghz, 16GB ram Corsair vengeance, Asus R9 280X 3GB. 1TB hard drive and if i do what can i do to reduce the lag cause i know FSX lags like crazy it will looks like my system is pushing it to the limits but its barely using any power.

NO F-35's SUCK SO BADLY The cost oh my god The cost Canada will not be able to handle it i guarantee you we are better off with the Eurofighter Typhoon, Dassault Rafale, or SAAB JAS-39 NG, or heck Super hornets and those things are not that capable only the Advanced hornet is capable the new Russian SU-35 is better than the current F/A-18 Super hornets since they fly higher with much more advanced radars.
