Anyone Know How to Remove the sstrooper Holster?
If by holster you're referring to the sort of "belt" that goes from his duty-belt over the shirt and back again to the duty-belt, then here you go: http://www.4shared.com/rar/9cuOvS0Y/Strooper_skin.html As far as I know, R* only used this model for a small cut scene at a toll booth. Anyway, there you go. I had this one in a modding file of mine, can't remember how I found it but I'm absolutely sure that it was in the game files, so it isn't anyone's mod ;) Note: That trooper without the holster has the same shirt as the traffic cop, and not the standard trooper shirt for some reason.

Variety of Suggestions
I agree with it, it adds more realism although it may look sick, well it's still everyday police business.

What do you want to see more of in LCPDFR?
More variety in calls, the game has lots and lots of available audio to make more and all sorts of calls. I'll put some here with the audio name and what could happen: 1. CRIM_A_FIREARM_ATTACK_ON_A_OFFICER When you arrive on scene there's a shotout between 1 police car (Not sure if it's random if 2 cops or 1 appear but it would be better to be 1 alone) and some armed suspects. After the suspects are out the call is over. 2. CRIM_A_KNIFE_ASSAULT_ON_A_OFFICER A suspect armed with a knife stabbing an officer or at least an officer near. 3. Why is the mugging call "Shots fired" when there's a mugging audio? Change to this one CRIM_A_MUGGING 4. CRIM_A_ROBBERY_AT This one would be on a Burgershot for example, a laundry cleaner, whatever, even a bank. Armed suspects are inside the building and heavily armed depending on the case (if it's a fast food restaurant, a deagle or something, if it's a bank, some AK-47's. 5. CRIM_A_SHOOTOUT Self-explanatory. Sometimes it could be LCPD vs. GANG or GANG1 vs. GANG2. 6. CRIM_A_DOMESTIC_DISTURBANCE This one could be on a house with a man and woman fighting (random) or even 2 homosexuals since there are lots of rainbow peds in GTA / EFLC 7. CRIM_A_DRUNKEN_BRAWL 2 suspects fighting each other outside a bar, one could be armed with a knife. 8. CRIM_A_SERIOUS_MVA Several cars damaged, FD and EMS already on scene or you gotta call them (2 different chances to happen) 9. CRIM_RIDING_A_MOTORCYCLE_WITHOUT_A_HELMET Again, self-explanatory. Most pedestrians don't actually use a helmet so just spawn a bike with a random ped. 10. CRIM_AN_OFFICER_IN_NEED_OF_ASSISTANCE This may happen while in a pursuit, in a shootout or (to be more creative) suspect pickup. 11. CRIM_SUSPECIOUS_ACTIVITY In a more hidden place, there are for example 2 suspects talking, or a car with a man and a prostitute inside. 12. The following audio names will all be to respond to a fleeing car: CRIM_A_SPEEDING_FELONY CRIM_A_STOLEN_VEHICLE CRIM_A_TRAFFIC_VIOLATION CRIM_SPEEDING CRIM_A_RECKLESS DRIVER CRIM_A_GRANDTHEFTAUTO CRIM_A_HIT_AND_RUN CRIM_A_CIVILIAN_RUNNING_A_RED_LIGHT When ordered to pull over the suspect may or may not pull over. 13. And much much more of all those kinds. Also, give more options for the user, for example the user may chose a name avaiable from the POLICE CAR NAME AND NUMBER Perhaps in the ini. file. For example: I chose Tom 62. In the game when I receive a call the dispatch says "Tom 62 dispatch to [CRIMES] in [sTREETS] if it

LCPDFR + RealTrafficSpawn = Best Game Experience
Found a good one, doesn't crash and gets the job perfectly done. Here, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r6UMJ0I5XXk , in the description the vehicle selector mod for some reason spawns different cars and the number of taxis was greatly reduced.

LCPDFR + RealTrafficSpawn = Best Game Experience
Unfortunately, Traffic Flow doesn't work at all for me. It deletes a few cabs then all of the sudden a shitload of cabs appears again. Traffic Flow simply doesn't work for me, it's like a placebo in the game (at least for me, not sure about others). Even this one works better: I'll send a PM to the creator of RTS to ask this.

LCPDFR + RealTrafficSpawn = Best Game Experience
http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/real-traffic-spaw-102-f4404 There, try it first, tell me later. When the game starts and you look at the traffic it takes your breath away as you see no taxis and all different cars, I've even saw a Romero, car that I didn't even remember it existed. P.S: I'm using 1.0.7.0.

LCPDFR + RealTrafficSpawn = Best Game Experience
This is a question that I really had to ask, which mod isn't compatible with another? Does LCPDFR crash RTS or vice-versa? I mean, has anyone here ever tried it? It's impressive how the traffic improves so much, all different cars and no cabs in sigh! But unfortunately this would be too good to be true as GTA stops working after a few minutes. Of course it's more than obvious that I prefer to be surrounded by taxis than give up on LCPDFR. Like I told, I'm very curious to know which crashes the game, I would be appreciated if any developer could tell me. Also, note that there are not stupid questions only stupid answers.

GTA IV doesn't start [FIXED]
Torrent is a no since I don't use it, neither are the downloads since I cleared them all. Thanks for the tip anyway ;) Topic can be locked. After I restarted the computer it finally worked. Thanks for all the help!

GTA IV doesn't start [FIXED]
Like I said in my previous post, the diagonostic tool shows now 0 errors so the ScripthookDotNet. should be working. Right clicked on the "Launch IV" and changed the compatibility to Windows Vista service pack 2 when it was on XP (Althought I do not have Vista, I have Windows 7). Now, it works fine until it appears the R* license part (trademark and such), then "GTA IV has stopped working". At least, I'm getting closer to the answer!

GTA IV doesn't start [FIXED]
I usually install stuff like this easily, but LCPDFR is starting to be quite a challenge. I'll now explain in depth what I've done: 1. Install GTAIV (entered the game, everything's fine.) 2. Downloaded the 1.0.7.0 patch and installed it (from here: http://www.gamezone.com/downloads/download_window/gta_iv_1070_patch/ ) 3. Downloaded and installed the LCPDFR 9.1 Installer. 4. Ran "LaunchGTAIV" as admin and here's the problem: it doesn't start. Nothing happens. 5. Then I tried installing manually over the ones provided by LCPDFR 9.1 installer. 6. Downloaded and dragged the Xliveless to the folder. (Yes I did chose Xliveless instead of the other option on the installer.) 7. Downloaded and dragged the scripthook.net. 8. Ran "LaunchGTAIV" as admin and nothing happens, again. Note: I ran everything as admin and made sure that I had all the extra programs needed. If this helps here are the pictures of the folders that I currently have installed in my GTA:IV directory: http://img401.imageshack.us/i/gtadirect1.png/ http://img440.imageshack.us/i/gtadirect2.png/ I've tried the same steps but in a different order but unfortunatley they all ended in the same way... Not working... Thank you for reading.
