RLS siren by code 3 sirens; includes wail, yelp, hyper-yelp, hi-lo, and air horn. Installation: make sure to back-up existing files first. Using OpenIV or SparkIV; go to PC < Audio < sfx < resident.rpf < RESIDENT < replace HORNS.ivad with the extracted file from the folder. This is my very first mod. Being new to modding I relied on youtube for help. Thanks to SharpCommand911's video, GTA IV: Creating sirens tutorial, I was able to develop my first mod. This siren is used by my local police departments which sparked my enthusiasm to make it. After 2 days, 10hrs a day, I was able to create the final product. I hope you like it and feel free to use.
