So I got the head moddel added, but for some reason the skin doesn't work? I've tried renaming it, but it's just pink?

So I got this ped model that I want for the SWAT slot. But I want to keep the SWAT heads as they would fit, but I don't know how to change the head on the skin I downloaded to be the SWAT head. What's the easiest way to do so? :)

I made this from memory and as HomerS said, it's custom. I don't even think they have a 2015 version yet. This is what I thought looked the best. But thank you, I might make a correct version later. :) -
