GPU = processor? lol

If you install mods, the system requirements gets higher. That's probably why your game crashes with LCPD:FR. Like him1250 said, I think you need a better graphics card and processor too.

There you go, that's the problem here. You don't need to uninstall anything now, but follow these steps: 1. Go to your documents 2. Hit 'Documents' (Library) 3. -> Rockstar Games -> GTA IV -> savegames 4. Delete the files in the 'savegames' folder. If this helped you, please let me know. EDIT: Please remember, the folder where your 'savegames' folder is located, is NOT your GTA IV directory! It's another folder located in your documents, not in your Program Files

This is probably the main reason: did you save the game whilst you were on duty?

I prefer links, because I'm getting sick of using the police cars I'm using right now :D

You need to put the TrafficFlow files into your scripts folder, just in case you didn't do that. Also, just use one of the trafficloader/trafficflow scripts. If you use both, it might not work. Then it should work and you can continue using your LCPD pack. It's not the LCPD pack that causes the taxi bug. Many people have this bug when they modify cars in GTA IV.
