They are on, but that ENB is for patch 4 & he didn't set it to look good with ELS light so that's it.

Actually the reason is because he takes the pics with the GTA editor.

It does not recognize els.

I use the ingame Video Editor to take screenshots, that editor doesnt show ELS lights.

They are on, but that ENB is for patch 4 & he didn't set it to look good with ELS light so that's it.

I dont want to have good looking ELS lights on this ENB, I rather use these lights than have bright taxi lights :P
