This pack is not to be redistributed without explicit permission, it is also LCPD:FR exclusive. Changing textures is allowed for personal use. Credits for the models go to their authors, I do not claim rights to or ownership of them. Any models included in this pack have been done so with the permission of their authors. The pack includes to a slicktop Chevrolet Tahoe with the texture applied. I recommend using a handling line from Sgt. Kayno. Installation instructions are included along with full, extensive credits. ELS is required for the lights to function. (ELS V7 recommended) As always, feedback is much appreciated as well as suggestions and improvements. Files included: - Vehicles - ELS Config (V7) - Screenshots - Read Me - Credits 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe - Tahoe model from GTA SA by Alex, converted to GTA IV by KevinDV, modified by Cj24. - Wheels made by Lt.Caine. - Inner Edge by Ridgerunner. - Divider made by Lt.Caine. - Mirror lights, Rambar, Equipment Box, Toughbook, Cameras, Radars and Rearview Mirror modeled by Ridgerunner, textured by Cj24. - Spotlight made by Cj24. - Other emergency lights made by Cj24.
  1. Hi all, I'm looking to create another Liberty City/State themed vehicle pack but, I'm short of ideas for designs, colours and vehicles. What ideas have you got or would like to see??
  2. Gotta give the guy some credit, it's not like it's something that's been done before and it actually looks like quite a nice pack to use.
  3. Just out of interest - do sirens + the computer work with the added vehicles when using the ELS V7 way of doing it??
  4. Cj24's stuff is really good: There's a slicktop here: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Or with a lightbar here: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Both have templates and els can be edited to get the lights the colour you want them - need any help then pm me :)

This pack is a standalone pack but is intended as an expansion/update for my previously released, Liberty State Police Pack. The pack includes to new slicktop vehicles, with both Liberty State Police textures (from the original pack) and the new Highway Patrol skins. Installation instructions are included along with full, extensive credits. ELS is required for the lights to function. 5. Looks great but one question: as the car is red, shouldn't the door cut-out lines be the same colour?
  6. As previously stated, I do think it would be a good idea to have the ability to select which slot is used for prisoner transport. That way, depending on your personal setup, you can have a more realistic vehicle turn up to take the suspect into custody. And I definitely like the idea of a Code-1 response for the prisoner transport. Too many times have I been killed by my own officers, the IPCC would be going nuts! ;)

This texture is not to be redistributed without explicit permission, it is also LCPD:FR exclusive. This is texture for any of Cj24's Police Interceptor vehicles. Was done just an experiment but I thought it looked ok-ish so decided to release it. Hope you like it, as always; Please rate + comment :)
  7. Well, running mostly Met. mods it's either an 'area car' or 'irv' (incident response vehicle) :)

  8. Running as admin seemed to do the trick, thanks!
  9. Hi, So I'm trying to apply some skins to a model but, Open IV keeps saying that it has run out of memory and Spark IV gets an unhandeled exception. Is there any way to stop this from happening?? Thanks! :)
  10. I may do but, I haven't quite decided yet
  11. Right, after making several threads for each project of mine, I've decided to make a thread where all of my content can be found. Please note: I only create textures and do not claim rights to any of the models in any of my releases. And, if they're in there, then I have received permission to include them. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WIP Projects N/A --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Released Projects Detroit Police Pack Liberty City Police Pack Metropolitan Police Instructor Vehicle - Skoda Superb Liberty State Police Pack Liberty State Highway Patrol Pack Liberty City Police - Ford Police Interceptor 2013 Texture Liberty City Police - Chevy Tahoe Texture Liberty State Patrol - CVPI Texture
