Same here. I use Norton and it says OpenIV is a virus. I don't think it is I just make Norton ignore it.

I have just recently started playing multiplayer GTA IV. It doesn't work. I have a 20Mbps Internet Connection. Tried opening ports. Tried allowing GFWL in the firewall. I still get the error "Disconnected, because your PC was running to slow." Also when this happens I'm not even lagging. ********************************* If this is in the wrong section can a Mod please move it or inform me. Thank You
