Sheriff volunteers are the eyes and ears of our community, This vehicle has been joint  funded by the Paleto Bay community team. Sheriff Volunteers will be out in force in the coming months !

Blaine County Off highway enforcement deputy seen here with a stopped quad ATV. The vehicle was reported to deputies by a passing walker out enjoying the hills. The rider received a summons to court and had the bike impounded. Deputies are encouraging people to report any illegal off road activity they see within the county, Lets keep our trails a safe environment for all to enjoy !
Team Sgt Potts had this to say " The team actively patrol all off road areas within the county using a range of vehicles, and will activity educate and punish those not obeying the rules"

An off highway vehicle  enforcement team  deputy seen here out on the trail looking for an illegally ridden ATV.  The Blaine County Sheriff's Office encourages owners of off road vehicles to ride and enjoy off road vehicles in the legal places and on the designated trails and to  enjoy what Blaine County has to offer.

Deputy Popper seen here out on  bicycle patrol. This is an imitative  to promote more community engagement with the communities we serve. Bicycle patrols are on a trial run in the Paleto Bay District,  Sheriff Stone said "the bicycle patrol units will increase the remit of the office, we can be actively out in the community enguaging with residents whilst covering ground not accessible by conventional transport"

LS Sheriff tactical Response Unit seen here performing and early morning raid in Paleto Bay  with the support of patrol units. A suspect was arrested and found to be in possession of illegal firearms and a large quantity of Cannabis  The suspect was arrested and is now spending his time in county jail awaiting his trial

Welcome to Inside the  LSCSO, Today we pay visit to the aviation unit. Having just received new funding to replace the outdated squirrel helicopter previously in service with the office The unit has had a complete overhaul.  Flight officer Jones can be seen here with the new addition to the fleet, the Euro copter EC135. Not only have the unit received a new helicopter, the unit has moved base to Vespucci Heliport. The move is in line with current budget requirements and it is estimated that the move with save the office $50,000 per year. 
The new helicopter is equipped with a movable ball camera turret,with live  television broadcast link to enable deputies at headquarters the ability to watch live feed from the helicopter. The Camera has the ability to zoom from x10 to x200 magnification and has a full thermal imagery capability. 
The helicopter is also fitted with a nitesun spot light. Capable of providing day light conditions to deputies on the ground with its 30 million candle power lamp. Further to this the helicopter has a  detachable sky shout system to enable deputies to communicate with people on the ground in public order situations and large scale disorder.  
This helicopter can be utilized in all situations, from tracing missing persons and stolen vehicles, to providing tactical over watch for deputies and assisting in the tactical phase of police pursuits, There isn't anything this helicopter cant be used for !

Today I upgraded my pc and thought I'd share a screenshot of my game running at max settings.
I'm running with Nvidia GTX970 and an AMD 8350 4.0Ghz 8-core cpu. My operating system is Windows 10. FPS is a steady 50 during daytime and 60 at night time. I had a slight stutter but only because I was using a very high mb police car that was spawning near me while I was driving the same  high mb car. The game looks amazing and I will be posting more photos with the new graphics. The only game I've benchmark test so far is GTAV and so far it looks promising. The screenshot has no ingame filters at all. its all visualV and placing of the camera.

A member of the Los Santos County Sheriff Citizens Patrol looks on at gang graffiti found in a  local beauty spot.  Gang graffiti is on the rise in LS County,  The COP is made up of local  volunteers from across the county. Each Volunteer drives a marked vehicle, wears a distinctive uniform and carry's a Sheriffs office personal radio and mobile phone.  The Citizens observer patrol uses a simple approach to safeguarding our county neighborhoods through resident involvement.   
If your interested in joining your local COP unit, please attend one of the open days at the various district stations in Los Santos County, Applicants must be 18 years old and pass relevant background checks. 
 
( part of my LS County pack, the car is abit dodgy to to me until i can be bothered to actually template it, instead of guessing the location of the decals !)

Tourists are advised access is restricted to pedestrian traffic only.
