Nothing is spawned when the pursuit happens. Anyway, I am studying computer science and VRAM isnt related to normal RAM at all. If this would be a problem with the grafics card running out of ressources it would look different. The CPU itself is rather bored than under heavy load. So it has to be RAM running out of memory. Anyway does anybody know what the SaferChases-Plugin does that needs more than 4GB?^^

Die RPH-Logdatei wäre nützlich, zu finden im Hauptverzeichnis bzw. ältere im Log-Ordner.

PC specs are Intel i5 4430 4x3.00Ghz, Gigabyte Radeon HD 7870 Ghz and 8GB Corsair Vegeance 1600 Mhz RAM. I know thats not the best system but it is enough to run everything i want. Nevertheless I really coudnt imagine too that the crash is RAM-releated until now, but the monitoring tool says that the RAM usage is 100% when the crash happens.

Ok nevermind. I've just tested it out. When starting the pursuit the memory usage is skyrocketing and the game crashes. Unfortunate, but now I know whats causing the crash even tho I cant change it now... Ty anyway for the Tipp.

I've got 8 GB of RAM in the PC but I haven't noticed GTA really needing all the ressources... And anyway if its related to Safer Chases why does this only occur when the pursuit is triggered by me?

I've got a Bug scince I installed the RPH v0.36 Every time, a pursuit is "activated" by me (Traffic Stops, Wanted Person in Vehicle, ..., not pursuits that are already going on (e.g. pursuit in progress)) the game is chrashing with an exception ("read or write access in protected memory"). Coud this be a Problem with the new "Safer Pursuits"-Plugin?

OpenIV is a file explorer to edit the GTA V files. They have a special function that allows you to use an additional folder where you copy the file you want to edit (for example x64e.rpf) and when you starts the game, it will load this file. The benefit is you dont have to change our original files and you cant mess your game up with that. http://openiv.com/?p=1132 This should explain everything in detail.

You should use OpenIV so you dont have to reinstall the game because you edit the original game files.

Hey guys. I think about getting startet with creating Plugins for RPH/LSPDFR. I am not very experienced with this type of programming but I know about the basics. I guess there arent many tutorials our there how to get started like this? Is it better to do anything on your own and learn on your own? And if so: Where should I start? I would be gratefull for any tipps you might have for me :)

So gut wie alle der bekanntesten Plugin-Ins laufen unter v0.36. Vereinzelt gibt es immer mal Abstürze, aber das kann schonmal vorkommen, es kommen ja immerhin regelmäßig Updates für RPH, die Plugins etc.

Ich habe EFLC nie besessen und LCPDFR nur mit einer normalen Version benutzt. Soweit ich weis startet man GTA IV und EFLC aber über unterschiedliche Launcher? Was passiert denn, wenn du das Original startest?

This is a great addition to LSPDFR. I really like the new callouts and the possibilities you have while interacting with the suicide suspects and so on. However, there is still a bit room for improvement. For example, the zone that prevents AI from driving into the barriers blocks police backup. Also, this plugin is the only one I am experiencing LSPDFR-crashes during the Callouts. Nevertheless I would recommend it to anyone to test this out- 302 comments

Inwiefern Fehler? Ich benutze die neuste Version von GTA und RPH v0.35 und das läuft eigentlich alles rund.
