    When I use emergency lighting it crashes so yeah pressing "/" will crashes it for me but thats ok

    Is it worth noting that I have exactly the same error message, namely this one - Error during Tick in script 'LCPDFR_Loader.Loader' and I'm also using Windows 7 64 bit. Perhaps theres a runtime or dll that is missing in Win 7 64? I'm going to try installing XP on a different hard drive, installing steam gta 4, then installing this...
