What you think gta Lighting system is better how it's so fake and generic looking the lights flash so slow and the bloom looks fake you have no control over different flash patterns that look like real life police flash patterns and gta lighting system is limited in what modders can do with their cars and light setup and the only problem with all the cars being mostly els cars was back in gta iv when the game was unstable and didn't like mods and some people couldn't have els that would crash their game but with gta v it's a lot more stable then what gta iv was and in gta iv when els 8 came out it made gta iv alot more stable so i know the els team is making gta v els way better that's it is more stable and more features than gta iv els had

what is it hooked up to than a pci soundcard? its most likely a driver problem so what ever is your audio go to their website and install newer drivers

if you have the steam ver of gta v go and verify the files also after the 1st patch or so rockstar has messed the game with bad fps and graphics bugs and their is a memory leak so after played gta for a bit your fps will start to go down rockstar should fix that soon i hope

we need more info like what other games are you going to run and at what screen res 720p/1080p and i never heard of that brand for power supplies a psu is a really important and most overlooked part of the pc it's giving all you components power you need to get a decent one like a corsair or a seasonic one and for the motherboard i wouldn't go with those motherboards they don't have vrm heatsinks on them and they can get somewhat hot even if you don't oc your cpu and can catch fire

if its a realtek audio go and download the latest driver from there website or whatever your audio is and it should fix your problem

if i were you i would make some changes the ram i would go with is the hyper x furry its a bit better and can get it cheaper also the ssd would pick a samsung and try to get a 7200rpm hdd and a black drive not green keep the h100i even if you don't oc it will keep your cpu a lot cooler than most air ones for the psu 500 is fine but a 600-650 be bit better and the msi gtx 970 is a good card its the fastest and coolest of the 970s other than that really nice build will have no problem max out stuff on 1080p even so with windows 10 comes out with dx12

k try this on your motherboard there should be a button that says memok hold and press that till you see the led start to blink than let it do its thing it might take a bit but you should than be able to boot also are you use all new ram u cant really mix and match diff ram hope this helps

i would try out msi afterburner you can record gameplay and take screenshots plus u can monitor your fps and temps its a good program not just for overclocking your gpu
