Pursuit suspects drive at different speeds every time the game is started.
I have been chasing this issue since 2017. Every time I run the game and engage in pursuits (using pursuit on the fly) all the suspect vehicles will either take off and drive at speeds over 100mph leading to a super fun pursuit, or all suspect vehicles will drive super slow, like 20 mph, incredibly boring. The only way to solve the problem is by restarting the game over and over again, sometimes up to 20 times before the all chases are high speed and the suspect drives well. I'm incredibly tired of starting the game, going on duty, testing the pursuit speeds, exiting the game, restarting etc etc. I only run base lspdfr and I have tried "faster ai drivers 2.2" but it only works when the game runs correctly and that pursuits are already fast. What on earth can this be and can I hire someone to write a script to fix it?

LSPDFR stuck in command/script loop?
Occasionally LSPDFR gets stuck in what I only know how to describe as a script or command loop. When playing, traffic will randomly quit spawning properly (variety and density greatly diminished) as well as some texture loss. When I press f4 to open the console, LSPDFR seems to be stuck in some sort of loop where an ambient cop can't get into a vehicle. The command is "[TRACE] main secondary cop is not busy and re-entering vehicle" followed by "[TRACE] aborting EnterVehicleSmart: no free seat." These commands or scripts seem to be repeating over and over multiple times a second and hogging memory resulting in the symptoms described above. Unfortunately there is no log because this doesn't cause a crash. But any ideas on how to fix this?

DLC cars added to popgroups.ymt stop spawning while playing.
I have DLC cars added to the same popgroups file I have been using for the last few years and never had a problem. Now suddenly the DLC cars will spawn normally when I first fire up the game, but I can be a few minutes or a few hours into playing and suddenly about 90% of the DLC cars will stop spawning. Any ideas what happened or what my issue is?

Gauntlet interceptor (polgauntlet) backup spawning without decals
Sorry that you need to spell this out for me, but I did not replace polgauntlet or police5. I see in the agency file where the liveries are, but I have not added or removed any of these. The police5 models spawns as it should, it's just the gauntlet that spawns without markings.

As the title says, when calling for backup the gauntlet spawns in Oreo black and white color scheme, but without any decals. How do I force additional units to spawn with decals?

Suspects surrender too quickly bug
I believe I may have found the issue, the game seems to be running correctly with no pending or optional windows updates. When an update because available, the game seems to start having issues. Strange I know, but this seems consistent.

Often when I load into the game and initiate pursuits the suspects will drive only a few feet and then immediately surrender. If I exit and restart my computer and the game over and over sometimes it will fix itself, other times I give up restarting and put the game down for a few days or a week and then try again and it will work, suspects will resist multiple pit maneuvers and crashes till they finally get pinned and can't get out. What could be causing this issue? I'm running base LSPDFR, no other plugins.

Suspect AI Speed Bug
Hello, I am having a strange issue with the speed of fleeing vehicles. Sometimes during a whole game session, fleeing cars will drive extremely slow. If I quit the game and start it back up over and over, eventually the pursuits will be high speeds again for the rest of that session. But if I quit the game, often next time I start it the cars drive extremely slow again during pursuits. I installed faster ai drivers 2.2, which makes the pursuits extremely fast when the game runs correctly, however it does not fix the problem of the ai driving slow during most instances of the game running.

How to have multiple copies of GTAV+LSPDFR on one computer?
I want to have one epic games copy and one rockstar copy- both with LSPDFR on one computer. Can I simply create another windows user account for the second copy on the same drive? Or should I put one copy on an entirely separate drive that's also running windows? I'm worried that duplicate files on the same drive might cause issues with LSPDFR. Thanks!

Backup spawning bug
Possible bug report: when requesting backup units during a pursuit they randomly stop spawning. Restarting the game fixes it until it happens again. Once the issue starts the game must be closed. Reloading all plugins doesn't fix it. LSPDFR and RAGE is up to date.

Increase pursuit speeds with handling.metas
For anybody wondering, I ended up installing this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/faster-ai-drivers "faster ai drivers 2.2" and the mod works awesome! Pursuits are much higher speeds and the ai really whips around corners so quick that they sometimes outrun me! Wish I'd installed this sooner.

Increase pursuit speeds with handling.metas
If I go in the handling files of regular traffic cars and increase the power of each, will the ai automatically drive the cars closer to their new power limits during pursuits? Thereby increasing the speeds of the chases?

Vehicle pursuit duration settings?
Hello, I'm having some trouble with pursuits being too short in length, I PIT a car once, or they hit something on their own and just seem to instantly give up and surrender. I tried changing the chase.exhaustionInterval in the lspdfr ini settings, didn't seem to do anything.. is that setting only for stamina during a foot pursuit? Is there a setting I'm missing that can increase suspect stamina during a vehicle pursuit? Thanks for help, it's much appreciated!

I'm having issues with the dirt mapping on the 14 charger, and want to delete the dirt texture all together. I tried deleting alum.dds in the .ytd (I think that's the dirt texture?) And it didn't work, I also tried making the file transparent, and changing dirtvaluemin and max in the meta to 0.0. alum.dds is the dirt texture right? What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any input!

Pursuit suspect speed limited on highways?
I see what you mean, and yeah some cars and trucks are slower than others, but it's like every vehicles speed is "capped" once it drives onto a highway. I can be chasing a car/truck on back roads and city streets at 90-120mph at times, and when it merges onto any highway it slows to around 60 and just cruises there. Or vise versa. If the chase gets off the highway, the suspect accelerates and top speeds almost double immediately.

While in pursuit in the city and on back roads the suspects' cars can get a ton of speed and often outrun me, on the highways though it seems their speed is limited to about 60mph. Ai cops can drive high speed on the highways fine. Is this normal? Are there any settings or mods that allow you to raise the max speed of the suspect ai during pursuits on the highways? Sorry if this is simple, I've looked everywhere! Any help is much appreciated!
