I think you should bring back the old 0.91 arrest feature. And also, that if you see some bastard run over a person, you could drive close to the car and tell the suspect to get out of his car. And then you can arrest him. One more thing: to choose either code 2 or code 3 police assistance, and that you also can advise all units that there is a code 4. That would be much more realistic. And I think the prisoner transport units should respond without lights and sirens since it's not an emergency. Please add this to RC3!

An LCPD police officer responded to a reported mugging near a gas station on Kid St., Hove Beach in Broker yesterday. The officer begun chasing the suspect who dropped his weapon, when the police officer tried to arrest the suspect, it turns out that he had a second P99 weapon concealed. The suspect started firing shots at the officer who took cover behind his patrol car and called for assistance. A few minutes later, backup units arrived on the scene and took down the suspect. An EMS unit later arrived after the shoot-out and tried to revive the suspect, but his wounds were fatal. No officers of the Liberty City Police Department sustained fatal injuries. I bought it from GameStop a couple of weeks ago, it worked back then. But 3 days ago I installed a couple of car mods, after that I couldn't get past the loading screens. So I re-installed it and now we are here. I've also noticed now that after I reinstalled the game, it creates a folder in the main C: drive named Program which contains some of the gta files. common config pc 876bd1d9393712ac.bin binkw32.dll DFA.dll gta4browser.exe gta4encoder.exe GTAIV.exe GTAIV.exe.cat GTAIV.exe.cfg GTAIV.exe.cdf lang.ini LiveTokenHelper.dll logo-paul.bmp Paul.dll As you can see, some of the gta iv files are missing, but all of them is in the folder that I actually installed GTA in.

No I never save at all. But ok i'll do it. EDIT: I did that, and it still just shows me an empty cmd screen.

Hi, This problem started when I couldn't get past the loading screens. I press play and the loading music and those pictures come up, but then it just gets black and it returns to desktop like nothing happened. No error messages at all. Then I tried to re-install it. Twice. Now it just shows a blank cmd screen then it disappears. It always used to work before. Help? EDIT: Now it gives me an SMPA30 error code. EDIT2: And now it gives me the blank cmd screen once again. Solved: I solved it, it was another folder called Program where apparently some of the game files were. I moved over those files to the game folder and it worked!

The arrest key in 0.91:Aim at a suspect and press Alt+HTo open your own trunk and take a shotgun, press F4. NOOSE Backup is F12, to call a medic, use this combination: Ctrl+Alt+Shift+B BTW, this is in the wrong forum, should be in LCPDFR discussion I think.

Try just re-installing the game. That worked for me when I got that problem.

Remove the car mods, I'll explain: During the Three Leaf Clover mission, the games spawns a lot of police cars to respond to the bank. This affects the video memory severly if you have car mods for the police vehicles, so remove them and use the original cars and then it should work.
