Forgot to update it, but I figured it out right after posting my last comment. It was because of the "express" entry in the vehicles.ide line, which should be the name of the vehicle you are replacing so that the game can read its handling line from handling.dat..

Yeah, man! I just installed it and it was halfway through the ground kinda floating. Then it flipped and stood in the air with no wheels. Next thing I know, I was falling in the sea in the middle of nowhere. Then the game crashed. I installed the handling and vehicles.ide settings alright!

Well, by that logic, I DO have the right to call you a GAD because just because I didn't upload anything doesn't mean I didn't create nothing...

If one person gets a car they want, who cares? Do you really think they should be so egotistical that the whole community suffers because only one CVPI with a Whelen liberty exists for the sake of it being made by an "elite" modder? Should skins be made for 1000 different impala base models that were converted, all because each one uses a different template because each modder wanted their impala to be special and locked? If modders don't want to unleash unlocked items, then they should be willing to take a near endless amount of requests in order to satisfy the wants of the community, or they should care less when some one rips a model and uses parts for personal use (I didn't say release).

OH NO! 5 people no longer have a stranglehold on certain base models being out! God forbid people have the ability to make the cars they want and share them with others instead of begging a select few people who almost always have deaf ears.

Brace yourselves for more of these stick-n-release cars, courtesy of the unlocked 2013 FPI.

If only you could:

1) Make the hollow man go away

2) Do this for all cars, traffic stop or not. I always wanted it to be this way, even before they threw this feature in by default in Watch_Dogs.

And on top of that, the file doesn't even have a template file or vehicle setting lines for that matter.

If you don't like it, make one yourself and spend 5-7 hours getting it all to work.

You did a good job (probably your first convert). But why this thing is 6+ MB is just beyond me. I've converted dozens of vehicles from DSF and not one car was 3+ MB.

I like it. Though, I'm tired of requesting ENB creators/modders to mention the version of their ENB in the readme so that I don't have to download (in some cases ENB files are as big as 1GB) just to open the .ini and figure out what version it is myself. So, I'll ask right away- is it 0.163 or 0.082? Reason being, my PC refuses to give me a butter smooth FPS with 0.082 and that 0.082 was condemned by the creator Boris himself as a GPU-burner.

Thanks Pengi, Murphy hooked me up with a 3ds tutorial to lower the polys so I'm gonna see if I can lower it to at least under 150k

I too flinched at the polycount when I first saw Kinksta releasing it. I mean its a damn rectangle on four wheels! I could have modeled the body straight in like 2k polys and called it a day but looks like someone HAD TO
