  1. I agree 100% as well. That makes a ton of sense now that I have thought about it. Good to hear from most people that there will be a PC version released after some months of the consoles released. Thanks a lot!
  2. So GTA 5 will be released on September 7th I've heard, and there will be a PC version available right? Also, if there is, can I pre-order it now or is there a certain time reserved for PC for people to preorder? I know Xbox and PS3 is available to preorder, how about PC? Thanks
  3. So a couple of friends are coming over and I am showing them a video of GTA 4 LCPDFR through POWERPOINT and I have a problem where once the video is in, I can't play it due to not having a latest version update of Flash Player such as the one in the attachment. I tried to going to the website and updating the flash players then coming back and restarting to play the video again, but the same problem appears. Do you guys know the website of Adobe Flash I can have the latest version update for my Powerpoint video to work? The problem is basic, but I can't figure out what to update and download in order for my video on the powerpoint to 'play'. Much appreciated guys!
  4. I see. What exactly does defrag mean? And about the gamebooster website, what must I exactly do?
  5. Hi guys, I been having a problem with my FPS. I just bought a new laptop yesterday and I've been getting 20-30 FPS. But averagely I get about 10-25 FPS. Besides having to buy a new video card, is there a way I can boost up my FPS to get it pass 30 through my computer? Even if that means updating my drivers or anything (but since it's a new computer, I don't know if there is anything to update to get a better FPS). Thanks, your advice will be appreciated! Specs: Windows 8 - Processor - AMD-A8-4500M APU with Radeon HD Graphics - 1.90 GHz - Quad Core - Memory - 4.00 GB - System type - 64-bit operating system x64-based processor It also says 6.3 Gaming Graphics in my Windows Experience Index. Not sure if it means anything. Don't hesitate to ask me questions! Thanks!
  6. Try going into your settings and turning up your Vehicle Density to about 45-50. That will increase the number of cars on the street and more traffic. Trafficflow just spawns more of a variety of cars and will increase the number of cars in traffic as well. Try reloading that file or reinstall it by deleting your old traffic flow file and download the file again.
  7. Great video! Very interesting to watch.
  8. To answer your second question, I don't think there is a way to change the original key. Since that is part of key logging, I just recommend you to probably change up the key function to a different key elsewhere from keys you are using now.
  9. So are you using ELS or non-els cars?
  10. Yes what GTAIVCode3 have said. Once you launch GTA 4 and is in game, press ALT+P to enable LCPDFR mode. (use the left alt button on your keyboard) Once you have pressed ALT+P, on your radar aka Map at the bottom left corner of your screen, you'll see multiple stars icon on it, and that is when you know LCPDFR have been enabled.
