This modlist is already 2y old, but hope it is still useable

I don't use either of the two; I got Menyoo. IMO, more versatile.
  3. Thanks
Policing Redefined, Grammar Police and ReportsPlus are my must-haves. BlueLineDispatch is a no-brainer too, especially with GP.
MTFO is great too. Might want to look into Dynamic Weather as a small QOL mod.
  4. Thanks
    Hi everyone,
As an audio creator currently developing a complete dispatch overhaul for the Francophone community—aiming to bring the level of procedural realism seen in English projects like Blue Line Dispatch to French-speaking players I’d like to share some feedback regarding the current Scanner Engine (PoliceScanner).
While English audio often masks these engine limitations as generic background noise, attempting to build a high-fidelity, procedurally accurate dispatch system in another language immediately exposes several hardcoded logic flaws.
To keep this post concise, here are just two examples among others illustrating where the scanner logic breaks tactical immersion:
REPORT_SUSPECT_IS_ON_FOOT: Located across all officer voice directories in LSPDFR/Audio/Scanner/ (s_m_y_cop_*, s_f_y_cop_*), this event is triggered purely by !ped.IsInAnyVehicle(). When a suspect exits their car and statically surrenders with hands raised, LSPDFR still forces the officer voice profile to play REPORT_SUSPECT_IS_ON_FOOT_01 ("Hey dispatch, the suspect is on foot!"). Announcing an active foot pursuit during a static surrender completely breaks procedural realism.
SUSPECT_NEUTRALIZED: Triggers the moment 1 ped reaches 0 HP. If an officer neutralizes 1 suspect inside a vehicle containing 3 other active shooters, dispatch announces "Threat neutralized" while automatic gunfire continues.
Opening the Discussion: I am not sharing this to demand fixes or claim that resolving these two specific cases would instantly solve everything for LSPDFR 0.5. I simply wanted to bring a creator's perspective to the table.
These examples highlight how the underlying scanner logic could benefit from deeper contextual checks (such as differentiating a surrender from an active foot pursuit, or checking remaining threat counts). I have encountered several other similar edge cases during development, and I would be more than happy to discuss them further with the staff or community if there is interest in exploring this topic.
  5. Thanks
    Hello,

Thank you for the suggestions. As SuperPyroManiac has stated, at least one of these features are already part of LSPDFR, you may want to play it yourself before providing improvement suggestions.

Regarding the other ideas. While it would be nice to have a fully fleshed out LSPDFR platform, like any other tool, you will find that one that has many features will never be as good as one designed for a specific task, so it does not make much sense for LSPDFR to integrate all of these modifications as the experience will never match a base LSPDFR with third party modifications that you tailor to your play-style. Another benefit to this is that you can keep LSPDFR as lightweight as you like.
On top of this, every time the game is updated, the amount of work required to update all of these tools will extend the wait time considerably. Currently these plugins get updated almost alongside the time frame of LSPDFR updates. Some even beforehand. I do think localisation would be beneficial however.
  6. Thanks
    LSPDFR already has this:
Native MP Character System: LSPDFR should natively utilize GTA Online multiplayer (Freemode) ped models directly within the police station locker room.

No, that isn't the one. The one about CoreFX. Still using and really like the graphics of it, some ReShade if I want sometimes and it's dope.
The graphics is called CoreFX, the video was about that. Still using it and actually really liking it, got the white streetlighting from optionals aswell. Mix it with some ReShade or even the mod itself just dope in my opinion!

    Hi,
So all the time i've been playing with my low end PC (GTX 1070, i5-9600k and 16gb ram), and Im getting around 120 FPS on high / few normal settings in story mode, as soon as I loaded up plugins / lspdfr and went on duty my FPS literally dropped on about 20-40.

Today I changed out my graphics mod for one that Blueline Vibes members only video was showcasing and I really like it. And also bought Lively World Expansion and using High Vegetation version, also have reshade and A LOTS of mods / plugins, addon cars and callouts.

So after being done with 6 hrs of trying out new small realism mods like better ragdoll physics and adding the Lively world and stuff, I loaded up the game and all plugins and stuff needed..
And now my FPS is as about 70-90 which I actually don't understand, yes I'm SUPER happy about it because the FPS was actually a little disturbing before but still adding a huge world pack and stuff getting even better FPS after that is just unrealistic. (And yes all the mods work properly nothing is unloaded or anything)

This is what my game looks right now running at about 80 FPS it was on that spot.

That'd be pretty funny, but I really think it's possible to make him with a personality of such since you can fully edit the prompt

That's hilarious, especially when you're not expecting it. I wonder if you could get your partner to recreate one of the traffic stop routines from Super Troopers

Yeah that's funny, it all comes down to the prompt, you can make your partner corrupt or something aswell lol, you can tell it to have for example 10% chance to shoot you when you speak to him since he is corrupt xd. Ive tried to come to an idea what characteristic to give him.
    Anyway I recommend it truly.

Not Russian language, just an accent? Like Robin Williams in 1976? LOL.
I haven't installed NPCAI yet, because my head is still spinning getting the basic mods running without conflicting keybinds and trying to learn to work the game. I'm not ready for even more attitude from NPCs. I had a partner start wailing on me with her fists because I bumped into her while handling a ped. At least half of my traffic stops run - on wheels or on foot, and the ones I walk up on start a fight about one in three attempts. Now I'm gonna get a rogue parter from Myshkin starting gang fights? Can't wait. ;)

    HI,
I hopped un as usual, this time chose to recruit a partner, having for fun character talks with the NPCAI and my police partner randomly turned russian!?

Yes.. Thats right, it started using russian accent and doing some jokes about ''lets patrol the street and have vodka ehn.. I meant have eyes open'' Like what LOL
Then I told it that we talked about it, no russian accents in my fucking car and then my recruited police partner punched trough the window and started shooting at the gang members which started a huge fight. My so-said russian partner was the first one to get shot by all of them.

Very weird interaction but after the incident it got a good laugh out of me.
Any thoughts on that, have you ever countered something like this while using NPCAI?
