    Road Worthy v6.9

    What does this mod do?

This mod randomly inflicts visual and physical mechanical defects on civilian NPC vehicles as you drive around, such as burned-out headlights, broken windows, missing license plates, or drifting alignment. It forces these defects onto ambient cars at a distance to prevent pop-in, while ignoring emergency vehicles and service trucks. By creating visible broken equipment on normal traffic, it gives you a realistic, observable reason to pull vehicles over for traffic stops rather than relying on completely random events.

With the violation count rising from 10 to 13, your patrol just got more detailed. I’ve added new equipment failures and adjusted the spawn frequency to favor observant players. These changes ensure that every equipment-based stop is a meaningful addition to your shift.
🛠️ The Core Engine: Probable Cause Generator
Road Worthy doesn't just spawn blips; it physically alters the state of nearby vehicles to create observable equipment violations.
Equipment Violations: The engine cycles through 13 distinct equipment configurations, ranging from minor electrical flickers to critical structural and aesthetic failures. All of these values are fully customizable via the .ini file to suit your specific patrol style.
Encounter Frequency: With the default configuration, the system balances spawn logic against active driving loops to deliver steady enforcement leads based on your selected calibration profile.
Smart Selection Logic: The system scans a 350m radius and intelligently selects candidates for violations. It maintains a buffer—ignoring any vehicle within 45m—to ensure violations don't pop-in right in front of you.
Automatic Exclusions: To maintain immersion, the engine automatically ignores Emergency (Police/EMS), Service (Buses/Taxis), Motorcycles, and even specific models like the "Stretch" or "Tourbus" defined in your .ini.
Disable Blips: For officers who prefer a purely visual challenge, violation blips can be disabled entirely in the configuration settings.

MAX INI SETTINGS FOR DEMO VIDEO - YOUTUBE DEMO - MAX INI SETTINGS - DEMO ONLY

    🚦 Equipment Violations
Blackout Tint (Jelly Bean Blue - 63): The vehicle windows are set to a "Pure Black" tint. This creates a high-visibility enforcement opportunity for observing vehicles with zero interior transparency.
Suspension Misalignment (Brown - 56): The vehicle will physically veer and pull across the roadway. The NPC driver will actively steer against this force to maintain their lane, providing a visual cue of mechanical failure.
Unsecured Panel (Brilliant Rose - 48): A random door, the hood, or the trunk is left unlatched and open while the vehicle is in motion.
Headlight Out (Bright Purple - 27): A single headlight is non-functional. Unlike a shattered lamp, the housing is intact but the bulb is out, creating a high-visibility equipment violation at night.
Ghost Car (Purple - 83): Nighttime only (20:00 - 05:00). Operating with both headlights and taillights dark. Highest priority safety hazard.
Shredded Tire (Pink Red - 41): Vehicle operating on a shredded tire or bare rim. Results in erratic handling, grinding, and a strictly limited top speed.
Missing Plate (Yellow Orange - 60): Vehicles operating with missing physical plates. This violation is tied to a Stolen status, turning a simple equipment observation into a potential felony hit.
Dealer Plate (Orange - 47): Flagged as not returned from test drives or stolen directly from a dealership lot.
Note on Modernized Plate Readers: Your reader recognizes these blank as stolen and pulls owner details—even without a physical plate—via NOOSE-derived chassis-signature telemetry. This breakthrough, repurposed from Humane Labs forensic imaging research, identifies the vehicle through unique thermal and geometric markers. The physical plate is absent, but the system still gathers vehicle and owner details via localized beat intelligence.
Smoking Engine (Dark Gray - 40): Heavy engine smoke pouring from the compartment. Severe mechanical failure and neglect.
Mechanical Damage (Lemon Green - 24): Significant body deformation or collision history. Though the engine functions, the vehicle shows severe rear damage, suggesting it may have been involved in an accident or theft.
Broken Glass (Cyan - 15): Side or rear safety glass is shattered, potentially indicating a vehicle burglary or a prior collision.
Faulty Alternator (Light Blue - 12): Intermittent nighttime flickering of the entire light array, indicating failing power delivery preceding a total electrical blackout.
Light Flicker (Light Green - 11): The entire lighting system (front and rear) flashes rapidly. This indicates a severe short circuit or an aggressive driver attempting to clear traffic.
    📊 Encounter Rates
The Global Spawn Chance has been upgraded from a whole number to a decimal-capable value (float). This allows for much finer control over how many violations you encounter during your shift. You can now set the chance as low as you like (e.g., 0.25 or 0.05) in the INI to achieve your perfect balance.

Spawn Chance: 0.05% Estimated Encounters (Per Real Life Hour): ~1–2 Violations
Extremely Rare: Violations are true random events.
Spawn Chance: 0.5% Estimated Encounters (Per Real Life Hour): ~6–7 Violations
Deep Immersion: Violations are rewarding discoveries.
Spawn Chance: 1% (New Default) Estimated Encounters (Per Real Life Hour): 12–14 Violations
Standard: A realistic patrol with common equipment issues.
Spawn Chance: 2% Estimated Encounters (Per Real Life Hour): ~25+ Violations
High Activity: A violation roughly every two minutes.
Spawn Chance: 3% Estimated Encounters (Per Real Life Hour): ~40+ Violations
    Target Rich: Frequent equipment stops.
    📦 Installation Guide

SuperEvents is a plugin for LSPDFR to add more ambient events. Currently adds 8 new events with plans for many more!
Not only that, it has a fully fledged API that allows people to add their own events, just as easy as making a callout pack! (https://github.com/SuperPyroManiac/ExampleEvents)

With SuperEvents I aim to add more unique ambient events to LSPDFR with a uniform feel. I add both realistic and crazy new ones that will be played randomly. You are also able to disable and enable any features you choose. I recommend pairing this plugin with my other plugin Deadly Weapons and SuperCallouts to completely change how the game feels.

PatrolMDT v6.9 - The Future of Roadside Intelligence

PatrolMDT serves as the modern replacement for legacy plate readers such as ALPR Lite, using the CommonDataFramework to ensure seamless and instant compatibility with CompuLite, ReportsPlus and MDTPro. While it handles standard detection for stolen vehicles and expired documents, PatrolMDT does all that and far more by integrating live intelligence feeds, visual observations, and real-time weather alerts.

DEMO ONLY - YOU TUBE DEMONSTRATION - MAX SETTINGS - DEMO ONLY

In the standard game, license plate readers are usually just a "beep" and a blip on your map. You end up chasing icons and reacting to computer notifications without much context. This breaks immersion because you aren't really watching the world; you're just watching your radar. It makes traffic work feel like a repetitive mini-game rather than actual police work.
PatrolMDT fixes this by turning your cruiser into a high-speed intelligence hub. It connects you to the world with actual information you can use, like digital driver headshots that pop up with scans, localized crime briefings for the specific neighborhood you’re in, and weather warnings that affect how you should drive. It’s designed for players who want a reason to make a stop that goes beyond a random notification.

🛠️ The Core Engine: "The Intelligence Hub" The script works by using a customizable 6-camera setup that watches all sides of your car. It scans nearby vehicles for documentation issues and felony flags, but it also uses a "visual" logic to spot things a real officer would notice—like a driver not wearing a seatbelt or a smashed side mirror.

When the system flags a vehicle, it doesn't just give you a name; it takes a picture of the the driver to avoid "it wasn't me" in the court room The plate readers have also been minimized to fit into motorcycles and light bars. It handles all the background work to decide how "criminal" your patrol area is based on settings you choose in the config file. It also watches the clock and the sky, pushing out shift briefings and weather updates that actually match what is happening in your game at that exact moment.

    🚦 Violation & Feature Profiles

🔴 1. Felony & Stolen Hits These are the most serious alerts, covering stolen cars and wanted people. They show up as red hits because they are the highest priority.
Roleplay Tip: Since you get a driver headshot with the hit, compare the photo to the person behind the wheel before you approach the window.

🟠 2. BOLO & Caller Reports These orange hits represent reports from "citizens," like someone calling in a drunk driver or a vehicle leaving the scene of a theft.
Roleplay Tip: Use these as a reason to follow a car for a few blocks to look for "probable cause" like weaving or speeding.

🟡 3. Documentation & Compliance Yellow hits are for the "paperwork" violations—expired tags, no insurance, or an expired driver’s license.
Roleplay Tip: These are great for roleplaying a "proactive" officer who focuses on cleaning up the streets through equipment and registration stops.

🔵 4. Plain View Observations (PVO) These are cyan alerts for things you see with your own eyes, like a broken mirror held on by duct tape. These don't require a plate scan to pop up.
Roleplay Tip: Use these as "pretext stops" to pull over a suspicious car and see if the driver is hiding something more serious.

    📦 Installation Guide
Prerequisites: Requires a working installation of LSPDFR and CommonDataFramework (https://www.nuget.org/packages/CommonDataFramework)
Deployment: Drop PatrolMDT.dll and PatrolMDT.ini into your \Plugins\LSPDFR\ folder.
Configuration: The .ini file is very detailed. You can change how often flags appear and move the camera positions to fit different police car models.

Drag/drop the .DLL, .PDB, and .INI files into GTA V\Plugins\LSPDFR.  All features are disabled by default.  If you're using the STREETS audio files for Automatic Pursuit Updates, place them in GTA V\lspdfr\audio\scanner\STREETS.  If you use STREETS files that are named differently, they may not work with the Automatic Pursuit Updates feature.

    About
Rich's Police Enhancements is a suite of quality of life features.  All features are able to be enabled/disabled in the .ini file, so use (or don't) any feature you want.  Version 1.6 integrates Automatic Siren Cutout, so if you have that plugin installed separately, you can now remove it.

    Included Features
Ambient Backup:  When a pursuit is initiated, the player will be prompted to accept or decline ambient backup during their incident by pressing Y or N. Automatic Pursuit Updates: You will be periodically notified (configurable in the .ini) of suspect location, direction of travel, speed, and traffic conditions for each suspect in a pursuit.  Updates may be provided via notification, dispatch audio, or both (configurable in the .ini) AI Siren Cycling:  Nearby police AI will attempt to cycle through their sirens instead of being stuck on the same tone forever Better TVI/PIT Maneuver:  When you or another unit spin out a suspect vehicle during a pursuit, there's a chance the vehicle will become disabled Backup Mimic Lights:  During a traffic stop, callout, or pursuit, AI backup will turn their lights/sirens off when they are near you if your lights/siren are off (for ELS, stage 1/2 are considered off)  When you turn your lights/siren on (for ELS, stage 3), the AI will turn their lights/siren back on. Suspect Stamina:  Suspects will run slower over time and have a chance to trip if they run for too long. Automatic Siren Cutout:  Automatically turn off your sirens while keeping your emergency lights on when you get out of emergency vehicles.  This feature is intended to be used with ELS. Friendly Honk:  A fun little feature that makes other emergency vehicles honk their horn or blip their siren at you if you honk or blip your siren at them. Traffic Light Control:  Turn traffic lights green as you approach intersections with stage 3 lighting enabled.  This does not affect AI traffic. Traffic Yielding:  AI will drive around the left side of your vehicle when you are stopped with stage 3 lighting on.  This feature is intended to be used with ELS. Leave Engine Running:  When you exit the vehicle, your engine will stay on.  You can turn the engine off by pressing and holding your exit vehicle key.

    Visual Probable Cause
VPC allows you to detect items inside a vehicle before you ever initiate a physical search. This gives you the opportunity to spot contraband or weapons in plain view, providing a lead that will almost always result in a positive find once the vehicle is searched. By reading your VehicleItems.xml and scanning for customizable keywords, plain view observations can be made. This will also provide Non-Item Observations, such as seatbelt and phone violations as well as normal behavior. This is an evolution of my earlier Project Plain View. Whether you are patrolling the high-end streets of Rockford Hills or the dirt roads of Blaine County, VPC ensures that your probable cause is rooted in traditional police work: observation.

DEMO - CLICK HERE FOR A YOUTUBE VIDEO - DEMO

Visual Probable Cause (VPC) transforms your traffic stops and roadside interactions by turning your eyes into your most essential piece of equipment. Instead of relying on guesswork, you find the evidence yourself through direct observation. This modification is designed for those moments when you step out of your cruiser—whether you are walking up to a pulled-over vehicle, patrolling a parking lot, or managing a security checkpoint. It requires you to be on the ground, engaging with the world face-to-face.

    INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION:
    1. Place VisualProbableCause.dll and VisualProbableCause.ini into Plugins/LSPDFR/.
    2. (Optional/Recommended) Replace VehicleSearchItems.xml in Plugins/LSPDFR/StopThePed/ with the included version to enable the 6,300+ item expansion and false-positive logic.
It is highly recommended that you review the .ini before loading the modification for the first time.
    I. The Art of the Plain View Observation
This modification works by looking for physical items and behaviors within a vehicle’s cabin while you are on foot. If something is sitting on the dashboard or tucked under a seat, and you have a clear line of sight, you may receive a notification of what you've spotted.

Organic Discovery: Observations happen naturally based on your distance to the vehicle, your walking speed, and your line of sight.

Smart Discrimination: While the behavioral system excludes emergency vehicles, industrial equipment, and aircraft, it intelligently discriminates between motorcycles and passenger vehicles. You can also exclude any specific models you choose via the configuration.

Customizable Velocity Logic: Realistically, you won't be able to spot a pill bottle in a car flying past you. VPC prioritizes vehicles that are stationary or moving at slow speeds near your walking path, though the exact speed threshold can be calibrated in your settings.
    II. Observation Categories
VPC recognizes a wide array of items and situations, divided into different categories based on customizable keywords:

🟠 [WEAPON] Tactical Threats: Spotting the grip of a pistol or a holster wedged between the seats.

🟡 [CONTRABAND] Narcotics: Seeing baggies, scales, or suspicious white powder on the floorboards.

🔵 [ALCOHOL] Open Containers: Identifying open bottles or cans in cup holders.

🟣 [STOLEN] Suspected Property: Seeing high-value items or electronics that appear out of place.

🔘 [TOOLS] Criminal Implements: Spotting slim-jims, pry bars, or masks used in the commission of crimes.

⚪ [NIOS] Behavioral & Environment: Observations of the driver's movements—like reaching for a belt—or the vehicle's state, such as a taped-on mirror, fast food wrappers, or a jersey draped over the passenger seat.

The entire notification engine utilizes 37 unique observation prefixes combined with over 1,700 individual narrative strings across all categories and vehicles, creating more than 62,900 possible combinations to ensure no two observations feel the same.
III. Human Error: Officers Make Mistakes
In the real world, things aren't always what they seem at first glance, and VPC reflects this reality. The included VehicleItems.xml is packed with over 6,300 items, a few of which are designed to be false positives.

You might spot what looks like a handgun from the sidewalk, only to realize during a search that it is an antique or a toy. You might see an open container on a center console that turns out to be root beer. Additionally, your focus may not always land on the most dangerous item; sometimes you will pick up on an open alcohol container but miss a gun entirely.
Don't feel bad if you see something that isn't there or if you miss a threat. These red herrings and oversights are intentional; they test your judgment and remind you that a plain view observation is a lead, not always a conviction.
    IV. Intelligent Item Injection
VPC is designed to work alongside other popular mods like Stop The Ped. However, VPC goes a step further by seeding items into vehicles that are parked or simply driving around—cars you have not even pulled over yet.

Universal XML Support: While a massive VehicleItems.xml is included, VPC is flexible. It can read from any standard VehicleItems.xml you already have installed.

The White Text Detail: You may notice that some items found by this mod appear as white text in your search menus, while other mods might use colored text. This is a technical marker indicating the item was placed by the VPC background logic. These items are fully functional and will correctly trigger notifications and charges.

Total Control: If you prefer to let other mods handle all vehicle contents, you can disable the injection logic in the .ini. VPC will then simply read whatever items are already there.
    V. Stop the Ped Only, no PR--- I tried.
Unfortunately, after speaking with the maker of Policing Redefined, in the current version at least, the way his code seeds items into inventory won't cooperate. Basically, his mod seeds them upon interaction with the vehicle, where VPC and STP seed it before, allowing this mod to read the data before searching. I tried very hard. The outcome resulted in items only being found on the driver side, regardless of where they are. So I could put it out but, eh. I didn't enjoy playing with VPC and PR so I didn't think anyone really else would either.

Looking forward to future releases of PR to reevaluate this.

    About the Pack:
This pack was originally created for my personal use in LSPDFR. I really liked the vehicles and began to expand the pack. I wanted to try and keep the pack realistic with just the Charger and the Durango. A lot of departments do not have 30 different vehicle makes, but do have different purposes for a few different makes. I like that about this pack. This pack is not based on anywhere in particular, just a little bit of creativity. This pack does come with all blue lighting installed (Red & Blue is included). I know its not perfect, but I did spend a lot of time on this pack. The Marked Durango does not have the pillar mounted ions like the slicktop, traffic, and unmarked version do. I wanted to keep the lighting somewhat consistent between both of the marked vehicles. If you guys would like, I will add the pillar mounted ions to the Marked Durango too. For the traffic units, I know some will wonder why I left the flag on. I figured that it's quite obvious that it's a police car, so why not. I'm also aware that the material order for the dashcam is messed up in the screenshots, but it has been fixed in the download. All marked models come with corner lightbar cruise lights. All unmarked models come with visor cruise lights.

This is an enhancement to the NPC AI mod by DoubleHook. This enhancement does not include proprietary data from DoubleHook or any other entity (the NPC AI mod is available on the DoubleHook Patreon, this is not it).

    NPC Backstories
Before: Characters only knew their name, date of birth, and a brief "personality" snippet. They would not say anything about their life events, backstories, etc.

Now: NPCs may tell you where they're coming from/going, they may tell you about their family, job, or just lie about it all. Who knows.

    Create Immersive Scenes
The NPCs will no longer deny material reality.

Before: You would tell a NPC something materially valid, like "I just found this gun in your pocket" and they would vehemently deny it.

Now: Your NPC is much more likely to respond with excuses, justifications, minimization, or other natural humanlike responses.

    Social Context
Before: NPCs rarely had emotional responses beyond irration or impatience. Often, you'd be met with "can I just go now" or other generic robotic-like answers.

Now: NPCs are more likely to behave like real people. They may express or act in ways that represent shame, embarrassment, fear, anger, among others.

    Hello everyone 👋

This is Realistic Traffic AI, my custom traffic overhaul plugin for LSPDFR designed to significantly improve civilian driving behavior and create a more immersive patrol experience.
As we all know, default GTA V traffic can feel robotic, unpredictable, and unrealistic — especially during intersections, pursuits, and freeway driving.
This plugin rebuilds civilian behavior logic to create:
    Smarter intersections
    Better freeway reactions
    Realistic emergency yielding
    Intelligent lane behavior
    More believable violations

    The goal is simple:
👉 Make traffic feel human — not scripted.

    🚦 Plugin Features
    🚥 Advanced Traffic Light System

    🔴 Red Light Behavior
    Configurable violation percentage (TrafficLightRunPercent)
Drivers are assigned their behavior once per vehicle
    No random frame-by-frame flipping
    Realistic stopping patterns
    Example:
    95% stop normally
5% may run the red light

🟡 NEW – Yellow Light Hesitation Logic
Drivers now intelligently decide whether to:
    Stop safely
    Continue through the intersection
    Hesitate briefly
    Behavior depends on:
    Speed
    Distance to intersection
This removes unrealistic last-second brake slams.

🛣 NEW – Intelligent Lane Merge System
    Vehicles now:
    Detect blocked lanes
    Merge smoothly
    Avoid zig-zag behavior
    Respect cooldown timers
    React differently at freeway speeds
Traffic flow feels significantly more natural.

🧱 NEW – Obstacle Raycast Braking
AI vehicles now scan ahead for obstacles:
    Cones
    Barriers
    Roadblocks
    Traffic disruptions
Drivers gradually slow down instead of ramming into objects.
Scan distance automatically increases at higher speeds.

🛣 NEW – Advanced Freeway Behavior
    High-speed traffic now:
    Reacts earlier to hazards
    Merges more smoothly
    Maintains consistent cruising speeds
    Reduces sudden braking chains
    Freeway driving feels dramatically improved.

    🧠 NEW – Multi-Lane AI Intelligence
    Drivers now evaluate:
    Lane availability
    Blocked paths
    Traffic density
    Environment type (city vs freeway)
This creates more believable, less robotic traffic patterns.

    🚨 Improved Emergency Vehicle Yielding
When you activate lights and sirens:
    Civilians detect you from behind
    Pull safely toward the shoulder
    Slow naturally
    Re-enter traffic smoothly
    Realistic unpredictability still exists:
    Some drivers hesitate
    Some partially block
    Some react late
    Just like real life.

    ⚙ Customizable Settings
An automatic .ini file is created on first launch.
    You can configure:
    TrafficLightRunPercent
    EnableLaneChanges
    EnableTrafficLaw
    EnableEmergencyMoveOver
    LaneChangeDistance
    LaneChangeSpeed
    LaneChangeCooldown
    MoveOverDistance
    MoveOverOffset
This allows you to fine-tune realism vs performance.

    🛠 Performance & Stability Improvements
    ✔ Reduced native call spam
    ✔ Merge cooldown protection
    ✔ Improved vehicle cleanup
✔ Removed stop sign prop scanning
    ✔ Removed logging overhead
✔ Stable under high traffic density

    ❌ Removed From Previous Versions
    Stop sign prop detection system
    Debug logging system
Task spam that caused brake locks
    Erratic lane shift behavior
    Stop Sign Logic

    🎯 Result
    Traffic now feels:
    More human
    More reactive
    More immersive
    More believable
    More dynamic during patrols
    More realistic on highways
    More intelligent at intersections

    New Plugin Showcase:
pdComp — Police Computer for LSPDFR

A modern, immersive police computer for LSPDFR with deep records-framework integration.

pdComp transforms police roleplay in GTA V with a fully interactive MDT/CAD system featuring a simulated police-computer desktop, draggable applications, persistent records, evidence-aware court systems, and integrated records support. It now works with either Policing Redefined (via CDF) or Stop The Ped as its records backend.

Built from the ground up for immersion, pdComp replaces outdated menu-driven police computers with a realistic in-game operating system complete with:
    Rugged police laptop interface
    Draggable and resizable windows
    Desktop wallpaper and app icons
    Window snapping
    On-foot patrol tablet
    ALPR/BOLO notifications
Standalone ALPR plate reader and speed radar
    Persistent criminal justice records
    Persistent dark mode

    Deep Records-Framework Integration
A records integration is required — pdComp has no standalone vanilla mode. Choose your backend with `[Integration] Mode`:

When used with Policing Redefined + CDF, pdComp becomes part of a connected policing ecosystem:
Pulls synchronized suspect and vehicle records directly from PR
    Supports evidence-linked arrest reports
    Integrates with PR citation workflows
Tracks warrants, suspended licenses, insurance status, registrations, permits, and more
Uses tested evidence and relevance checks in court outcomes

When used with Stop The Ped, pdComp combines LSPDFR persona/vehicle data with STP's:
    Document-status API (license, registration, insurance)
    Alcohol-over-limit and drug-influence advisories
Contraband/evidence search results, importable as current-call evidence

    Core Features
    Pedestrian & vehicle lookup
    Citation issuing
    Arrest reports
    Court docket & hearings
    Evidence-aware case outcomes
    Prior stop and citation history
    Persistent case database
    Standalone ALPR & speed radar
Persistent vehicle BOLOs with ALPR-style hit alerts
Report Center for incident, use-of-force, and vehicle damage reports
    Mouse, keyboard, and controller support
    Full-screen immersive UI

    Current Version
