    I noticed that the values for MinFailureTime and MaxFailureTime in the ini file are too small, causing the suspect's vehicle to break down quickly during the pursuit. I tried to modify these values, but reloading the mod overwrites the edited file. I'm at a loss and hope to receive your response.
