Tried it and it gave me some errors along with the same error of the duplicate Extra_1. Do you think I could send you the files and you could look at it in Zmodeler?

I believe I have it setup now correctly but there is still this error. I have had this error and am not sure what it is. I have checked my hierarchy probably 15 times now and there is no other extra_1 that is named the same or Extra_1_L0 that is named the same. This is getting really annoying because I can't seem to figure this out.

Why do you always ask "Let me know what you think" when you will never release these models? It's more of "ha ha, look at me and what I have" -

Thanks, I forgot to add my hierarchy picture in the post, I've added it in, what do you think it is in there?

I know my hierarchy is messed up, but this is my first model and I'm not sure exactly on how to attach them and setup the hierarchy for the lights. I think this is somewhat correct but not sure. But, then when I export it says "Part multiple instances of LOD:0 of part "extra_1" found. file:GTAIVExport.cpp line:382." I know what this means, that there are multiple extras named extra_1 but I checked the entire hierarchy and there aren't Extra_1's, there is only one of them. Any ideas?
