  8. Update windows before u start doing any modding, windows usually need to update on a fresh install. Then try adding LCPDFR

  15. Can somebody help me with this. For some reason when i try to turn on my els lights in SP, it crashes my game instantly. And it just started doing this. BUT, in multiplayer it works fine. With people or alone. Anybody know why this could be?

  18. When you uninstall, you have to also delete program files of gta iv for a full uninstall. After that, install gta iv, start the game, update windows fully, quit the game, then install lcpdfr, run as administrator and see if it works then. It should. If it does then install the mods you want.
