If you like your sirens loud this ones for you. This siren pack and weapons pack is already archived and ready to use on FiveM OR LSPDFR. Simply go to your GTA5/X64/AUDIO/SFX and replace the Resident.rpf and weapons_player.rpf files and you're ready to roll. If using it for LSPDFR you do the same except you do it in your MODS folder.

its been a while i must say, i stopped making mods for a while, due to no confidence in my mods, however i got a request from one of my friends and that pushed me, so ive decided to give it a best try from the sources i got.
I present a SoundOff Signal nERGY siren, its probably the highest quality i can get it to at this moment due to file limitations.

San Andreas Fire Department Pack - 2.0
 
A fictional fire department pack based on Fire Rescue agencies around California. Vehicles equipped with Whelen lightning and Steady Burns.

Requirements:
ELS V1.05 by Lt.Caine;
ELS does require Script Hook V by Alexander Blade;
OpenIV.
 
Notes:
All vehicles come with multiple liveries. On all vehicles (Except the fire truck) extra_ten is a pushbar. All vehicles come as Add-on (Except for fire truck). However you can convert them to replace versions. There would not be any support on how to convert vehicles from add-on to replace.
 
Lightning Template:
All vehicles come with lightning templates. You can change the color of the emissive
by simply replacing the texture. Lightning templates are customizable: use any bitmap editor
and select a color from the ‘emis.png’ file. Then change the texture in the selected ‘els_emissives.png' texture. Make sure you are using the same type of emissive.
 
 
 
 
 
Installation:
 Make sure you have your 'mods' folder in GTAV's main folder with a copied 'update' folder. Open your OpenIV, yurn on 'Edit mode' and go to GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/. Drag and drop folder 'dmsafd'. Export a file called 'dlclist.xml' which located in GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/. Copy this file to your desktop and open it with any editor you like. After, scroll to the bottom and locate the last line that starts with '<item>dlcpacks:/....' . Add a new line, then copy and paste this line:  
<Item>dlcpacks:/dmsafd/</Item>
 
     4. Replace old file with the new one.
     5. Copy .xml files from 'ELS VCF' folder and paste them in GTAV/ELS/pack_default/.
 
Fire truck installation:
Copy fire truck files and paste them in GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/(latest pachday)/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/. Copy 'carvariations.ymt' and paste it in GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data/.

ABOUT :   Modern Siren Pack is a sound modification that introduces current generation real-world siren tones to GTA V, giving you a realistic emergency driving atmosphere. This modification will restructure the discontinued American Siren Pack modification and evolve into a larger scale siren modification for Grand Theft Auto V. The sound pack aims to introduce all known siren brands from around the world, and to allow you to choose the siren tones you want to have. The mod also aims to provide you with a smoother and easier installation experience. Modern Siren Pack is compatible with Emergency Lighting System V by Lt.Caine & Siren Mastery by Albo1125.   The best part about this mod? It's F.R.E.E.    Yup, I don't charge a single dime for this mod, unlike many other greedy "content creators' out there. For the love of god, don't pay $6 for a siren pack when this one is free ...   FEATURES :   The siren pack is in ongoing development, with limited and doctored/unedited siren tones. The siren pack will offer over 8 different Siren manufacture brands including but not limited to: Whelen Engineering, Federal Signal Corporation, Code 3 PSE, Feniex, Sound Off Signal, Rontan, Carson and Star/SVP. Modern Siren Pack will also include several foreign siren tones that are used  in other countries.   Some siren brands will come with four standard tones ( Wail, Yelp, Priority, Hi-Lo/Misc. Tones, ) including air horn. MANUAL INSTALLATION :
  Make a new folder somewhere on your desktop, name it anything Move Both the Vehicle folder and vehicle.oac file out of this .rar pack into the folder you just created on the desktop Open 'OpenIV' and go to your GTA V Directory. In 'OpenIV', go to the 'x64' folder, then audio > sfx > resident.rpf ( it is advised that you use your mod folder instead of vanilla )  Inside Resident.rpf should be 16 .awc files. Import openformats, navigate to the folder you put the Modern Siren Pack 'vehicles' folder and the 'vehicles.oac' in and  select the 'Vehicles.oac' save and you're good to go. Respond Code 3 !   OIV INSTALLATION :    OIV INSTALLATION : 
1) Run OpenIV
2) Select Tools > Package Installer (Located on the toolbar at the top)
3) Locate 'Modern Siren Pack.OIV' 
4) Select 'Open'
5) Choose 'MODS folder' to install in.
