It looks like it was made by both "Kinksta100" and "Luxart". Good model though. -

Uninstall ELS change your graphic settings, then reinstall! That's what I did when ELS 7 did the same for me!

My dad is a Indiana State Trooper. My dad uses his when he has to do super loads/oversize on the highway! So he, the oversize load trucker, and other troopers escorting the load can communicate!
