Looks like the carcols.dat is working perfectly with the vehicle. Now to work on the break lights and tail lights and it should be good to go! -
- Restart your Router: Just unplug the power chord and plug it back in. It might take a few minutes for it to be up and running, - Test your Internet: Go to your internet settings on your Xbox/PS3/PC and disconnect and reconnect. See if that helps and reply back to me the results.

I can do it. I can add the default GTA V LED Lightbar that has ELS mapped on it. Give me about a week as I am working on a project right now.

This vehicle was first introduced in October in 2009, and built as a police chopper for the Liberty City Police Department. Then in 2013, the Los Santos Police Department contacted us and wanted a custom built LSPD police chopper. A lot of police officers contacted us saying that they like the bike a lot and wished there was a civilian version for them to have as a personal vehicle. So the CEO of WMC (Western Motorcycle Company), 2D sketchers and 3D designers worked on making a bike that keeps the favorites on the motorcycle. Here is what we came up with and listed below are some features that will be coming with the vehicle: - Broken down version of Police Bike from TBoGT, - Headlights, Turn Signals, etc. are textures from GTA V's Western Sovereign, - Police Textures are now transparent and no longer visible. - Customized texture spots. -

Tried looking for one and didn't see any that were made by WMC (Western Motorcycle Company) So here it is. BTW I am going to make a civilian version as well, that works with the carcols.dat file. -
It's quiet because criminals are too scared to see that badass vehicle rolling down towards them! -
At first, I was thinking this was Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 with the oil refinery mission. But I took a closer look and realized the buildings in the back! -
Nice photo! Whoever made that texture for the car on the right is a badass for making it!:) -
The decals are a little incorrect tough -
I was about to add this Lightbar to this vehicle. Beat me to it.

No it's a templates vehicle, I just put LCPD decals on the template cause I didn't know what else to put.

BETA model. Had some ELS glitches with the stock lights, so I replaced the old lights with some upgraded one that fit the model. "Takin' 'er out for a joy ride!"
