I was in Hove Beach, and everyone knows there are Russian Gangsters everywhere in that place. I was responding to a report of shots fired. When I got there, there was a suspect shooting at me, then randomly, about 3 or 4 gangsters go up to him and gun him down. I didn't want to shoot because then they would be shooting me. xD

All you do is import the .z3d file into ZMod, then export as .wft..

As far as I know, I don't think it's possible. I think ELS 8's DROT feature could possibly make it rotate, but the speed of the rotors on ELS might make it look a little slow and weird looking. Probably the best thing you could do is map ELS on it, and rotate the extra(s), kinda like what GTAPoliceTrucker did to his Spartan Gladiator firetruck.

So I was working on creating a template for a vehicle and when I assign the template to the highlighted section, the dirt gets all messed up. I was wondering/hoping someone might know how to fix this.

So I've staved up some money with work, birthday money and Christmas money and I finally have enough to get a new PC. Here are the specs I think I am going with.
