You can only replace vehicles that originally had rotor lights. The Noose Cruiser and also the Police Patriot are LED themed, so you are left with police, police2, ambulance, and the firetruck. And make sure you edit the .ini file in your ELS folder!

I think that if an ELS modification was made, I think it would be mapped like Lt. Caine's ELS modifications. The scripting and coding might be the same, and some might make more lighting patterns. It's almost like R* did have of the work for us!

Tried that, still bounces. I changed the 10000 to 50000.

Basically the title says it all! I was working on a semi project where I take the MTL Flatbed's cab and place it on the Phantom's frame. Exporting it from Zmodeler was a success and no errors were encountered. I am hoping this is just a simple handling line that needs to be changed. Please if you know how to fix this, please reply!
