So I am trying to install 3D Max and when I run the setup, I get an error message. This is the message: Does anyone know why I am getting this error message. I am leaving the 3D Max website running while I run the setup file.

So I am trying to convert the GTA V Kalahari and when I import it into Zmodeler, the wheels are gone (no way to fix it). So I figured I can take the GTA SA Kalahari and rip the wheels from it and move it to my project. When I rotate the wheels in Zmodeler and place them in place, the wheels are upside down in game. Does anyone know how to properly convert wheels to IV?

I started driving around the age of 8 or 9. Mainly because I would do yard work and we owned 4 acres. Walking around really got tiring!

What I did was I downloaded Vice City Rage, opened the vehicle.img file, exported the police.wft, then opened the .wtd and exported the livery image. If you want to save the time by not doing that, you can >click here and download the Vice City Police Esperanto skin I made and just cut it out of my livery and paste it on yours! :)

Too high poly. Sadly, Zmodeler can only do so much. I've tried to convert GTA SA fire trucks and they do the same thing. Hopefully a new software will come out that can allow us to import high poly vehicles.

There is no such thing as an "unmoddable game". Game companies will try their hardest to make a game so it cannot be modded, but we can always find ways around it. Anyways, I wish Rockstar Games would understand, some mods are good for marketing! It gets their game out there even more! For example, back in like 2009-2010, I would always see these suggested videos on my computer about GTA IV mods. Some were those shitty console mods, then I would see a video about GTA IV PC mods. I really liked seeing all the mods for PC. Those videos wanted me to go out and buy GTA IV for my computer. LCPD:FR has played a big role in the growth of GTA IV PC and it's ratings. If GTA IV wasn't moddable, then I wouldn't be here right now!!!

Imma like it, but I will go back and forth from V to IV.

I've been using "Webroot SecureAnywhere" and haven't had any problems with it!

I can try to get the GTA V files and convert it for ya. I've been wanting to convert that as well!

So there is no way to import them into Zmodeler, with or without OpenIV? Is there any software that can?

Importing GTA IV models is no problem. It's just Max Payne 3 vehicles. When I viewed the hereditary in OpenIV, everything was the same as GTA IV's (door_pside_r, etc.) maybe when extracting it from OpenIV, it does that. I know it was the same with the GTA V vehicles. If you export it with OpenIV, the wheels would delete and other errors.

So I have the Max Payne 3 vehicle.rpf and I exported the vehicles that I would like to convert, but when I import them into Zmodeler, it doesn't show the hierarchy or the vehicle in the display windows! Would anyone know why it is doing this and is there any way to fix it?!?!

When an officer pulls you over, they have no idea who they pulled over. It could be someone ordinary that just made a simple traffic mistake or it could be someone who is wanted for murder and all sorts of crimes. People think police officers are too brutal and above the law. If you break a law, police officers will stop you to notify you. If you are reaching for something, police don't have x-ray vision. They will assume you are reaching for some sort of weapon. It's been that way for years, and will be that way for years to come!
