This is what I have. Everything is default. All I did was moved everything (L0, L1, COL) closer to where it needs to be.

FYI: Sorry about lag. Running on shitty PC! Here is this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J3v5wf0MDlQ&feature=youtu.be So I am working on a new trashmaster and the wheels did this. This is what it did on the GTA V Gang Burrito as well. I feel like I am constantly having problems with the wheels! Anyone still know why it's doing this? I checked the wheel's COL and they are in the right place.

The col is default. It's just the wheel itself.

So I am trying to convert the GTA V Gang Burrito for GTA IV. I mapped it with the correct shader and everything, but the wheel goes under the ground and above the car when I move. I will post a picture or something soon. But if you know what is causing this error, could you please tell me why it's doing that? Thanks for reading, - ThatOneHick

I just installed the game on my new PC. There aren't any saved games to begin with.

So I launched a new game of TBoGT. I have no mods installed at all. The skip the cut scene where Niko, Packie, etc. do the bank robbery. It shows the loading screen where it says "Loading..." in the bottom right corner. It will not do anything else. Anyone know how to fix this?

Make sure the X and Y axis buttons are selected to make sure that it scales without disfiguring.

I think I will be making a lot of different versions of this vehicle, similar to what Yard1 and what he does to the Vapid Stanier.

That's what I tried as well. I had 2015, uninstalled it, and still brings up that error.

There is tutorials all over YouTube. Just search it and they will show you what you need.

Why can't you do it? Not trying to be rude or anything. It's just that creating textures is probably the most easiest thing to do in modding and you can't do it for some reason...

It was lightemissive and the the extras are spelled correctly.

So I was trying to map ELS on a vehicle, and when I finished, and started my game, I got this: The shader is emissive, but it's still not shining like regular ELS. Anyone know why it's doing this?

I HAVE to use 2014. I am trying to get the GTA V wheels and 2015 doesn't work. I disabled my UAC and still didn't work. The software automatically runs as administrator. Running out of ideas. :(
