What's up everyone? Just a little something I have been wanting to make for a little bit. Thanks to Carper for finding the font for me...I was able to make one of my favorite liveries! It is based off of Citronelle,AL police dept. Hope you guys enjoy!

Note: If I were you...Atleast this is what I do...In trainer, I went to vehicle color...and went to the matte part....and made the paint matte...Although, I must say...Looks pretty good shiny too. Haha.

This was made for someone on here that works with Bowman PD in South Carolina and we worked together to make this 100 percent realistic all the way down to flash lighting! Bowman is a very small town of just over 1,000 people. So, it isn't going to have alot of fancy stuff on it. However...This Charger turned out absolutely perfect!! Comes with it's own ELS for both red and blue and all blue lighting! Working spotlights and take downs!Also,4 extra liveries incase you want it. Haha. Hope you guys enjoy it!

How to install:
1)With OpenIV, navigate to mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf. 
2)Once you have done that,click *Edit mode* and then press the green "+"under it.
3)Import the police.yft,police_hi.yft and police.ytd
4)Open the "Bowman Charger.rar" and navigate to extras/lighting options/Blue ELS and install the "POLICE.XML" into GTA main folder/ELS/pack_default.
That's it! Go patrol!

Note:You can change the car name to anything you want! Doesn't have to police.yft!
 
 
P.S. If you don't want to install it there (That's where I install it..But some people do it in the patchday) navigate to the following:
Update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday14ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

and bam!

I got so many comments, messages and even reviews saying that we need the Cobra Tahoe updated for ELS. Well, I listened to you guys...and not only did I do a Cobra Tahoe...But, I also did A K-9 slicktop Tahoe as well for you guys to enjoy.Totally rebuilt from scratch.I've recieved so many good compliments on the Tahoe pack from testers! I am so happy with how it turned out!!I have included 5 other skins that is a mixture of getinmybelly0627,MrOxPlay and my liveries that I added for your guy's enjoyment. I am not totally sure how many it can hold.....I want to say 8...But, I could be wrong. Never tried.

MPH Python III radar by Gump

This is my partially fictional U.S. Customs and Border Protection skin that I decided to upload. It was originally for personal use, but with the flood of solid color textures I thought this might be refreshing. There are some things that are not completely accurate with the vehicle's real life counterpart, because this is how I imagined how a Supervisor/Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Tahoe would look like.

P.S. If you don't want to install it there (That's where I install it..But some people do it in the patchday) navigate to the following:
Update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday14ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
and bam!

How to install:
1)With OpenIV, navigate to mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf. 
2)Once you have done that,click *Edit mode* and then press the green "+"under it.
3)Import the noose4.yft,noose4_hi.yft and noose4.ytd
4)Open the "SSPD Tahoe.rar" and navigate to lighting /Blue and install the "NOOSE4.XML" into GTA main folder/ELS/pack_default.
That's it! Go patrol!
