  1. Make sure you update your dlclist.xml in update>update>common to reflect any custom dlc folder installations.
  2. Maybe this? If you're looking for the dual siren effect ELS does it.
  3. Is there anyway to get the duty belt with the taser into EUP?
  4. I've been getting a fairly consistent crash when I go to exit out of Computer+. It usually happens either: a) After a callout with an arrest report. b.) Logging out after an arrest report. I haven't noticed it after citations. Maybe because I just don't write as many citations as I have arrest reports depending on how I play. Also, it is the LSPDFR plugin that is crashing and not a CTD.
  5. Thanks! I'll have to give it a go. Appears that most of my custom vehicles all have 4k textures. It's just odd that I can use them all in story mode with no problems but when I force duty it happens especially in the city. It's just frustrating to be having these problems in a couple year old game when I have an I7-8700, GTX 1080, 16gbs of RAM, all on an SSD. Hopefully, this will fix my woes. Fingers crossed.
  6. How would I go about doing that? Is it as simple as resizing vehicle textures down 50%?
  7. I'm having the same issue. Did you ever by chance track it down? I noted someone else was saying it was possibly 4k textures on vehicle mods. Not looking forward to troubleshooting it down.
  8. I'm having issues with the file compression on the latest update 2.2.7z. I can't get the file to unzip in WinZip and it asks for a password in 9zip. I usually do a drag and drop method in winzip. Tried doing the extract button method and all it unzipped was the file structure no actual audio files.
  9. I am also having the same issues. Just started going through addons to see what the culprit is. So far I've only done arrest manager and that didn't work for me. When you say texture size was an issue and you had to resize, what textures are you referring to? It's just frustrating to have a great setup i7-8700 and GTX 1080 8gb and to see disappearing textures but no frame rate hit. 'Tis the LSPDFR life I guess lol
  10. I ran into that to an extent. I found that I had to edit the dlclist.xml as mentioned above and any ENB or visual modifications had to be reinstalled.
  11. The file locations cited in that .xml file should match the dlc folders you have. If they don't. You need to add a line in the same format pointing to those folders. You can do this by right-clicking on the .xml file and selecting edit while in edit mode in OpenIV.
  12. I went in and found they I needed to go to mods>update>update.rpf>common>data and edit the dlclist.xml file to account for any extra entries that you may have in the dlcpacks folders (I use albo's modding dlc folder and couple of addons I have use their own). In your case, you might have had your mods copied over. It might well be the case if you didn't have a separate dlc folder for your addons.
  13. I'm having problems getting my mods folder to work. I copied everything over that I'm supposed to and I'm getting frustrated. I'm at a loss as well.
  14. You could try going through the logs in your main GTAV folder. I'm trying to figure out why my mods folder isn't working.
I would have loved to give this pack (and the rest of them) 5 stars -- however, there is one detail that just kind of irks me or I find below standard. Pros: Models are amazing. All the lighting placement is awesome and well done. Cons: Lightbar light color is poorly/sloppy done. Lots of mismatched and dark not bright colors. The light bars and lack of consistency between the various lights on the bars as well as some of the coloring on a couple of the different model's grill lights keeps this from being an end all be all pack. If you could take the rear deck coloring from the CVPI and apply that to all your red/blue light bar lighting it would be magificent. Take the coloring for the F150/FPIU grill/mirror/fog led's and apply it to all your models it would be amazing. Same with the yellow coloring from that model for the traffic advisor and apply that specific coloring to all your yellow/amber lights it would be hands down the pack to end all packs. I can handle models that are missing some interior work if the lighting is spot on. That's what I personally like to focus on. I hope all this helps! It really is great pack(s) - I'm just hoping you're able to make those changes so I don't have to keep swapping out models!! ;-) Flu
  15. Nice retro paint job -- the navy is a little darker more like a midnight navy and they've gone with a different livery with all their new vehicles over the past couple of years.
  16. Rockstar put an update out yesterday. if you updated your game then you will have issues until a new scripthook and/or rage hook come out.
  17. Make sure you're whole GTAIV directory is set to read/write all -- for some reason mine was set just read only. Just right click on the directory folder>properties and attributes is on the bottom.
