    The game freezes Automatically after pressing F4 is normal. It's not an issue.

    What callouts did you install. For cars(DLC), install Heap Adjuster, Packfile limit adjuster, Siren Setting Limit Adjuster and Gameconfig for the latest GTAV Version. Install RagenativeUI. And attach a RagePluginHook.log that is inside the GTAV Main Directory.

    No. There are no EUP 9.6 Backup Config for Policing Redefined as far as I know There are Backup Config for EUP 9.10(9.7, 9.8, 9.9) that are made for Policing Redefined.

    I can't answer the first question but the second Question i think you can reposition the backup units by using Backup Manager(i think)
