The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So I dropped your log into my LSPDFR Helper in my discord server. 
It says to update your ScriptHookVDotNet.
If that doesn't work it says to upload your Asiloader.log and ELS.log.
That's what the LSPDFR Helper bot says.

    Strange, both logs were put into the LSPDFR Helper bot and it says that both logs didn't show any issues. 

    Hopefully someone will come along and have the solution!
