There is a flag you can add to vehicles.meta. Find your desired slot, scroll until you find <flags> and put this somewhere in the line. FLAG_HAS_LIVERY Here is an example line. Real life counterparts? This is a video game. He's scaled these to better fit the world. The previous versions of these cars looked like toys. If you choose not to use them, then that is your prerogative.

The one with the cow was my favorite -
I was thinking about putting a disclaimer in the description so people wouldn't bitch, but bitches bitch and that can't be avoided. After making 14 vehicles for one department (with part 2 coming down the road), he's pretty burnt out. He was planning on releasing this tonight to get it out there for people to enjoy it, and updating it when he has the time. If that isn't good enough for you, lundo, I'm sure if you message him he'll be more than willing to hold the pack and perfect it, just for you. See spoiler below for fixed utility pls no ban -

Without motion blur. I haven't noticed any performance loss with MVGA, but with next gen there is massive performance loss. I believe it's designed to work well with 8gb of memory. My GTX 980 only has 4gb.

It doesn't matter all that much really. It's just an ease of use kind of deal. There are some pretty good tools out there right now that can take pretty great video/screen shots.
