  1. The log once again mentions the ambulance, not sure why it doesn't like blaine county. At least it happened in a different area of the county so we can rule out locational based. I assume they'll be other vehicle sets in there to fill out the full 100% chance. Are you able to spawn the vehicles via a trainer? If so that rules them out leaving the peds. My UB has some extra uniforms aspects specified to be zero (such as glasses or ears) For example, for a LSFD class B paramedic I've got Another thing to check on ped spawn chances would be whether things like rain outfit and regular outfit separately add up to 100%. (all rain outfits adding up to 100%, all regular outfits adding up to 100%, and if applicable snow outfits) ----------- Additionally, the log mentions being unable to properly free an accident callout giving the message "TrafficAccidentValue cannot be null" while also checking on an active pursuit.
  2. Los Santos - Marking what is the fourth terror attack on LSIA in the past few days and only a week after a mass shooting in Textile City, the LST station in the LSIA parking lot found itself sieged. Security Cameras caught the scene as civilians ran out of the station while NOOSE PIA and LSPD Swat moved in. One of the terrorists, brandishing a handgun, was killed after aiming his gun at responding officers. A second terrorist fled into the tunnel before attempting to loop back and being taken into custody. A third terrorist was caught on the surface, brandishing a sub-machine gun. The Los Santos Fire Department and San Andreas Medical Services were dispatched to the scene. A firefighter and a swat officer were killed after being struck by a light rail train. There is a suspected fourth terrorist who attemped to attack the arresting NOOSE PIA officer as the LSIA NOOSE branch before being taken into custody. This comes just after three people were arrested from two separate incidents were arrested while trying to smuggle car bombs into the LSIA terminals. The FIB has launched a full investigation into potential ties to known terror groups while the IAA is warning Emergency Services in Southern San Andreas to be on alert due to the raising risks of terror attacks. - Weazel News, confirming your prejudices.
  3. This can be achieved via menyoo, (albeit with an asterisk attached). You can use menyoo's spooner to spawn ncps in the locations, by default they'll stay in place (ie won't flee from gunshots) and can have animations set, such as sitting or performing an action. You can then save them as a file, which is where the asterisk comes in. While they will persist during the session, on a new load they'll be gone, but can be reloaded via loading the file they're a part of, returning them to being permanent for the duration of the session.
  4. This can be achieved via menyoo, (albeit with an asterisk attached). You can use menyoo's spooner to spawn ncps in the cell, by default they'll stay in place (ie won't flee from gunshots) and can have animations set, such as sitting or sleeping if you want them on the bed. You can then save them as a file, which is where the asterisk comes in. While they will persist during the session, on a new load they'll be gone, but can be reloaded via loading the file they're a part of, returning them to being permanent for the duration of the session.
  5. With the bermuda triangle bug, did you make any changes to the ambulance in your game? Replace it or put in an addon or modify the ultimate backup xml for it? If so there could be a typo in it somewhere that's causing it to try to spawn something that doesn't exist. In which case I'd recommend checking that the model name it's trying to spawn matches up with the model name in game. My current theory is that that bug is what's causing the eventual crash, since I've had it do that to me.
  6. If what your after is being able to give dispatch information and get in responses like "roger" or "copy", in the .ini for grammar police set "UseGenericResponse" to true. You can also set "PrefaceResponse" to 2 resulting in when saying things like "Dispatch" or "[callsign] to dispatch" you'll get a response of "Go Ahead".
  7. As mentioned by Patent, Ultimate Backup, it has spikestrips as a pursuit backup option. Additionally, Automatic Roadblocks will place spikestrips ahead of you, or can be manually requested during a pursuit. (However spikes generally aren't placed until pursuit condition 3+. You can wait for it to get there or raise it yourself when a pursuit is active)
  8. It does and there are some callout packs that require it for certain callouts. Ones that use it include, SWL callouts, DarrylCallouts, CalloutsT, belicCallouts Generally callout packs will have calls that require enable all interiors disabled by default and will need to be enabled in the callouts .ini file.
  9. The closest I've seen would be Entrance Trains, the description on it states that Though I haven't had that happen (train stop, or appear to try to brake), but I also only had one situation where it would be necessary. Possible I installed it wrong, or just had bad luck on the one incident.
